Alright, so we're a little behind, nevertheless I'll get you up to speed I want you to do the following:
For this first technique, I want you to focus your raiton chakra into your palms until you get a moderate amount of lightning surgeing around palms. Once you've done so, I want you to release all that chakra you've stored into your hands. Use shape manipulation to confine it to look like a bolt of lightning. Aim it for that rock over there *points to a rock short range from you*
*Rasnall brings his right hand forward, palm fqcing the sky, and opens his hand. Focusing his raiton chakra into the center of his palm, flicker or electricity start to emerge. Building this up Rasnall uses shape mqnipulation to sharpen the chakra and sends a bolt of lightning from his hand into the nearby rock.*

*Ponders the relivance of this girl to you as you do the technique :|* Uhh, good...I guess.
Now the next thing we're going to do is create a ball of electricity. Following the same thing you've done so far in terms of gathering your chakra; you're going to gather your lightning chakra in both your hands until you get a fairly descent amount of lightning crackeling around you. You'll hold your hands apart from each other and you will channel the chakra in the space between your hands. Using shape manipulation, you'll shape the lightning into a ball. This won't be tightly constricted as if you were doing a Rasengan some of the lightning might flail since it's a wild element but that's alright.
Now, *points to a rock over in the distance* Aim make the ball of lightning and aim it at the rock. As lightning contains a lot of velocity, that also translates into how much power it can generate.
*Rasnall puts both hands out infront of him and opens his palms. He channels his Raiton chakra into his hands and electric starts to crackle around his hands. Rasnall starts to form this electric into an orb between his hands and allows it to grow in size. As the orb grows and the electric starts flicker around the orb, Rasnall pushes it outwards and sends it flying into the rock.*

Alright *creates two lightning clones* Alright, these guys are going to go mid-ranged from you and I want you to create a spear of lightning that you will spit out from your mouth. You will first channel your chakra into your throat and upon spitting it, you will shape it into a long, narrow, sharp, and dense spear. However you're only going to spit one spear. In mid stride towards my clones, I want you so split the chakra inside the spear in half and create two spears which are equally as powerful as each other. This is a little more complicated than the others but I'm sure you can do it.

As it appoaches the two clones Rasnall focuses on the bolt of Lightning bolt. Rasnall splits the bolt in two at the last minute and sends one bolt towards each clone.*

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
Same technique as the above, only this time you require the Snake hand seal, you're shooting it from your hands and also the range is a little shorter this time

You should know the drill
Advantages: No handseals required, making them very quick to perform and of great use at short range, some of these jutsu also have the ability to hit multiple targets.
Disadvantages: Most of these jutsu's are short ranged, meaning they are useless at long range.
Strategy: Best used during CQC to paralyze an opponent. Great to counter Earth release defenses.
Combinations: Best used during CQC so perhaps as an opponent come into short range, paralyzing them and then following up with Leaf storm. Or when an opponent uses an earth release defensive wall, then cutting through it with one of these Lightning projectiles.

Alright, I'll add my 2cents. Basically with the advantages and disadvantages, it's the same as what I said in our Fire Training. Projectiles are techniques that are quick release and allow you more time to react and close a gap in time frame with different techniques. However, though Lightning is a little faster than fire, it still adheres to the same potential problems as Fire projectiles in this case. I addressed everything else in our Fire thread.

Next method is similar to Katon as well in a sense. This method inhibits constant streams/waves of electricity that you are constnatly fueling with your own chakra. These waves and constant surges of electricity can be released from points of the body or have other means of conduction like traveling across the ground or being maintained in a weapon.
Now what I want you to do is to channel your raiton chakra into both your hands and I want you to place your hands on the ground and releasing your chakra through the ground. You'll be releasing a constant flow of electricity across the ground up to about mid-range. Keep doing that until you run out of the chakra you gathered for the technique.
