so is rasenshuriken .......is on another level ...kidden me....when naruto and sasuke first had they rival battle ...sasuke made chidori naruto made rasengan,,, when they was gonna attack each other kakashi save them both from striking, both of them hit the water tank, sasukes hole from chidori was way smaller than the hole naruto left...naruto regular rasengan was stronger than chidori...my point is this....by the tyme sasuke wants to form thunder clouds to create kirin ....hes dead....you can throw rasenshuriken....destroying the antibody on a celleur level

dont forget ...boyy....naruto dodge raikages fastest attack....kidden me...naruto has the speed of the flying thunder god...in a small way...which means he will dodge it....sage mode kyuubi mode is for that purpose

Id say a draw because once they collide rasenshuriken would expand giving it more exploding power and wind is stronger and don't forget rasenshuriken was labelled forbiden so it actually above s-rank so is kirin

they r both S-rank, but in the elemental nature, wind beats lighting, so rasenshuriken FTW, plus if u miss with kirin thats it, naruto can spam rasensuriken, sasuke throws kirin, naruto makes 12 clones make them do rasen shuriken and launch all of the to kirin, rasenshuriken wins it
