if its real lightning from clouds and shit like you said you would have to be on the ground for it to hit you otherwise it would miss because lightning just wants to hit the ground..

if rasen shuriken and kirin attack each other i think rasen shuriken won`t win cause kirin speed is very fast,,,,,but i have been think naruto have a plain to dodge/counter kirin with his kyubi mode if naruto fight with sasuke again...

Actually it isnt.
Compare the effects. Rasenshurikan destroys the target on a mulecular level, Kirin just makes "normal" damage.
Kirins destruction has a higher range, but its not as focussed as the Rasenshurikan.
Since wind beats lightning, and both attacks are on a total new level of damage I would say, the effect will be similar to what happens if Chidori and Rasenshurikan are crashing.

rasenshuriken would win if they were met at the same time because they are both s-ranked jutsu but wind is stronger) only thing natural lightning has over chakra lightning is speed (and with speed, a little more power)
that'd be cool if naruto dodged kirin with KM and then finished him with rs jutsu

Well rasenshuriken is strong too,it cos great destruction to kakuzu when wh naruto 1'st used it.kirin is lighting but as, to strength in power. it's not known yet.but dont cut kirin or understimate kirin out,of da picture for now.we have'nt seen kirin fgt a tough battle,usin a dealy jutsu that can beat rasenshuriken.

By the time naruto actually makes the rasenshuriken kirin would of killed him cause it moves at the spped of lighting
I think its fairly obvious that in a test of speed, kirin would win, and in a test of power kirin would win. If the two attack collided together, kirin would probably win. This seems to be supplemented by the fact that it uses the vast energy from nature and is supplemented by the user's own chakra; a very potent combination. However, kirin is not as simply produced the way naruto's rasenshuriken is and requires a level of time commitment to manufacture if a storm is not already present. Additionally, considering the aftermath of each technique, itachi has already shown us that a strong ninja can withstand the attack and continue fighting, even the the attack itself is impossible to avoid. On the other hand, naruto's technique can be avoided, destroyed, or cancelled, however, if the attacks hits, death is almost certain and in the event that the victim somehow survives, their ability to manipulate chakra is removed, thus almost an instant victory for the opponent. In summary, though, yes kishi is a stronger and easier to strike with once summoned, i believe that rs is the more versatile and useful of the techniques, and if landed, more certainly assures victory. But head to head, kishi wins. I'm open to debate on this one.

The arguement: Kirin is nature energy is not a matchwinner.
The tons of chakra a rasenshurikan needs is probaly more, than what Sasuke can even imagine.
And this chakra (its nearly two times more chakra than kakashi has) is forced into a little spere!
Say what you want to say, but I dont think Kirins energy is that strong, cause its not focussed on such a small area.

that particular argument means little, seeing as how 3rd is more or less invincible to all attacks but his own, and not to mention he uses lightning armor which i imagine helps protect him from lightning attacks, thats like trying to drown a fish in water, it doesnt work.
not to mention he was edo tensei so a move like rasenshuriken would have no effect because of how its designed to work. That said, if both attacks hit head on against a normal ninja, while kirin would almost always kill, theres a chance a strong person could survive. Ranseshuriken hitting head on against someone who couldnt regenerate their chakra channels would be left standing there like an idiot like how kakuzu was effected.
kirin take such long time to cast .. it''s depend on the condition or else if he try to cast kirin ..
he must have much chakara left ... on compare of chakara level .. naruto , our hero is more than sasuke . thus why naruto can perform many RS more than kirin ... i doubt that , susanoo EMS can stand with RS of nine tails chakara form. Kishi can answer the rest .

this is tricky.....rasen shuriken was able to negate the third raikages lightning jutsu so we know that they could possibly be equal..... tricky indeed... i say it's a tie.
