Jinton in two ways.

In effectiveness of destruction: Rasenshuriken cuts all the chakra networks, making the person unable to fight ever. But if a person is strong enough, they could maybe survive. Jinton turns you into particles and dust. You're done.

Against each other: Again, turns anything to dust and particles. Other technique is rendered useless.
