Moment you realize the chakra from the yin seal doesn't come from the same source as normal chakra.

Chakra of the yin seal is restored in the head. Normal chakra network and system all start from the stomach. Her yin seal literally defies the chakra network...

It circulates in her pathway. Her yin seal boosts her chakra but it still has to circulate in her pathway in order for her to use it. That's what the pathway is there for. Remember when Neji was watching Kidomaru mold chakra ? It was his pathway at work.

You are talking about molecular level but I don't see why. The pathway has nothing to do with that, really. Once it is destroyed, it's over. Tsunade will have alot of chakra that she won't be able to use.

No sir i'm talking about the source of her chakra. I'm aware all chakra system is connected. But I'm simply talking about the source. Even Naruto's source of Kurama's chakra is from the stomach.

Because the "destroying" of the pathway is put into as cellular level damage.. and she can heal cellular level damage.. so the only implication can be made from that is she can somehow fix the system with her chakra..

But the source itself is not part of the system... Chakra system starts from the stomach.... lol. Starting of the chakra system is the place where you are getting your chakra from.. With the yin seal she doesn't get it or mold it from the stomach.. but from the forehead.

I am simply referring to the implication made from the fact that all the damage done by Rasenshuriken is put into "CELLULAR LEVEL DAMAGE".. she can heal at cellular level. I'm not here to make assumptions that have no base.. but implications that everyone is ignoring and being 1 sided on.

tsunade doesnt have two source of chakra she stores chakra in her yin seal its not a source but a storage device any excess chakra that tsunade has remaining after a battle she use it to reform the seal again it not a source but a storage.

But you are not understanding that Tsunade cannot heal if her chakra pathways are severed. She can't use chakra then, not even the Yin Seal since when the Yin Seal is released, it sends chakra flowing throughout the body but the chakra can't flow throughout the body if you don't have chakra pathways for them to flow through. I don't understand how you aren't getting this by now.
