Why do you think they had to get Madara out of his susanoo for Naruto to use his rasen-shuriken? He could have just attacked straight on. Think about it

Why do you think Madara did not just reform susanoo, he used preta path instead, just as he uses preta path to defend against dust release.

Also Susanoo like every Ninjutsu is formed from chakra, and this chakra is constantly flowing out of the user.

Rasenshurikens countless chakra needles would if anything totally disrupt the flow of chakra within the susanoo totally devastating the structure of the susanoo itself.

As madara had the sharingan he was able to analyse the Rasenshuriken, seeing it's countless needles he said too many, or that's too much, and absorbed it.

It depends on the user and what stage the Susanoo is in. I'm almost certain that Itachi could tank it due to Yata Mirror. I'd also add that any Susanoo above Stage 2 would remain stable. Anything below that is likely to be torn to pieces
