Susanno is made of chakra therefore cells.
Now what is the basic form of matter?Atoms.
Now what do atoms make?Molecules.
What do molecules make?Cells.
Therefore Raisenshuriken can destroy susanno.

Rasenshuriken would not break it. Using blunt force works against the weaker stages though so if you charge at it and smash it with say an Odama Rasengan it would likely work.

It won't work and the reason why can not be found in science or logic but in the rules of shonen. Enemy's strongest technique cannot be destroyed just as simple as that. Main characters have to struggle for 10-20 episodes and almost die before they achieve such a feat.
