Rasenshuriken and third raikage

what do you guys think would happen if Naruto use rasenshuriken against living third raikage. Is it as useless as against edo raikage or do Naruto have a chance of winning with rasensuriken or couple. Im not sure how much it does damage here

Yes i thought that too. Very hard to say but i think it would be too much for raikage to take those hits
