I already said this on another thread but maybe Sage Mode would make Naruto being unharmed by Rasenshuriken, and so make it usable.

did you noticed naruto had the kyuubi eyes but they were blue instead of red in the anime.

blue eyes maybe represents the opposite of red eyes (kyuubi). i am assuming naruto has now more control of his chakra?
