Okay I tried to make a rasengan many times but I can't do it!
Can one of you make a tutorial on how you did it?
Those rasengan's are great!!
I would really appreciate that.

Oh yeah I'm new on this forum, just joined as you probably can see from somewhere o.o.
Anyway, I'm addicted to Naruto and I have wanted to make rasengan into my pictures for LONG time, and no success.. So if there is a gentle hearted person who would make a step by step tutorial for jasc paintshop pro program or adope photoshop pro.

Oh yeah, if you wonder where I'm from because of my english, I'm from finland.. My english ain't the best around here, but bare with me, I'm getting better day by day
