rasengan.
first off, it seems to cost less chakra.
second, you donʻt need the sharingan or to run in a straight line in order to use it.
Third, your hand doesnʻt actually touch the target, unlike chidori, so thereʻs less of a chance that youʻll mess yourself up if youʻre attacking something dangerous
Fourth, bigger AoE, if i want to climb through an obstacle, rasengan will blow it open, chidori will probably leave a fist-sized hole in it.
