rasengan is more powerful than chidori but resengan is an in complete jutsu that is completed by naruto which named fuuton raseng shuriiken and wind is stongest against lightning that means when sasuke will use chidori or its advanced form he will lose aganist naruto tecniques
i go for Rasengan
Rasengan has a massive damage internally compares to Chidori.
I think there was a movie on that between Naruto and Sasuke waging war each other while Sakura is watching. Later on, Kakashi managed to break them off and the 2 water tanks were destroyed.
note: Sasuke was envy

NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO...saskue jus make another jutsu using his lightening element and he just calls it another name. chidori is just chidori. oh and to keep in mind rasengan is only a UNFINISHED jutsu created by jiraiya

chidori is better than rasengan because the earlier stage of the rasengan as we know is incomplete, kakashi and jiriya said it themselves that the rasengan is the final stage of shape manipulation created by the 4th. the rasengan is just chakra rotating in the palm of one's hand at a high valocity and the chidori has already be fused with the lightning element. there is no way that raw chakra can beat ligtning element, but when it comes to the rasen shuriken, that is much better because it has been fused with the nature manipulation which adds wind to it. and as we know wind beats lightning

rasengan is better first it doesn't take as long to do and its way dtronger then the chidori cause the chidori was inspired by the rasengan
and chidori is an imperfect move that is awy it will only be good for those with sharingan. Any body can learn rasengan

When Kakashi use His Rasengan against Naruto wind Rasengan , Naruto defeated Kakashi, the reason He had Naruto do that was to prove that Wind Rasengan will defeat Chidory, that was the hole reason for the exercise.

well...if naruto used rasenshuriken it will beat chidori. since sasuke don't have the cursed seal naruto have a better chance of winning...provided he got time to use sage mode

so your saying that the pupil teach the teacher a jutsu..but i always thought that it was jiraiya was the one who created it. soo why in the naruto episode jiraiya dais that even the forth took 4 years before he could master it. but i believe you though.

both have their adventages but rasengan is stronger like in the video
rasengan breaks bones and does inside damage but chidori pieces the body

This is the first time i'm agreeing with u xd!
This i believe and also wind style rasengean/ Rasenshuriken CAN beat chidori in curse mark or kirin because u all r forgetting the fact that it is fuuton and fuuton can beat the lightning release.......
thus the rasengan is better in normal ways or even in an evolved stage like wind style rasngsn vs lightning curse chidori or even in kirin and rasenshuriken....
