Well in sage tech its impossible to beat Rasen-Shuriken and besides Sasuke also uses its modified chidori and kirin when using cursed seal and Sharingan which affects his eyes directly old fellow

Firstly, you're relatively new yourself. O_O You don't need to say "new-boys" to imply that their arguments are not sufficient.

Secondly,

The Rasengan is infinitely better than the Chidori. Reflected by their creators, really. Master and student.

The Rasengan, which has nearly as much explosive power as the Chidori, has NO limitations whatsoever, no self damage.

Naruto can use , say, even 20 Rasengans, while the max Sasuke can do is 4 CHidoris.

And I don't know where you got your info from, or whether you are a blind Sasuke fan.
Rasenshuriken is Wind, Kirin is Lightning. Wind beats lightning.

Also, Kirin is more draining.

exactly...

an addition to the info, rasengan is still more powerful than chidori...first chidori is a piercing technique...a rasengan is an explosive technique...remember when they both hit the water tanks when they were young? sasuke was sooo envious about the power of rasengan that time...

besides with their modified techniques, sasuke can lengthen the chidori or throw it out etc etc....but wind + rasengan is like an explosive poison which penetrates each cell of your body upon contact (please refer to the kakuzu fight) unlike chidori which focuses only on one part...if they were to smack each other's signature move again like what they did when they were young...sasuke would definitely loose since naruto can add wind element to it and cancel out sasuke's lightning element...

and more importantly, with the wind property in rasengan chidori or any lightning attacks would be meaningless...
