Well you are wrong because we are not talking on a Real Narutoworld basis. We are talking about the jutsu on our Rp website. If you look at the jutsu list you can clearly see that the Rasengan is a double print. But apparently you didn't read that.

You don't have any training so you don't know anything. I learned Rasengan in my Wind Training and Then I learned it in My ninjutsu training. And no I am not talking about RasenShuriken, that is a complete different jutsu. So yes Ragerok right. but at the same time, what I said was correct.

so i need as S-rank to learn rasengan..................and another question-can i learn flying god thunder jutsu at any rank?if yes,then at which rank?

No, rasengan is a B-rank jutsu so you need to be Chuunin I think.

You have to have a minato Bio to learn that jutsu. Which you don't meet the requirements to make one.

then tell me about the requirements.....and by bio you mean that writin characters history jutsus etc. and then being accepted for that bio?

A bio is a (Character Biography).

You can make an original one or make a Canon character.

The Requirements for Minato is:
Member For 5 Months.
5,000 posts.
Then you must take a test.

You really need to read the rules it's annoying to answer such Basic Questions.
