Juubi Jins obviously isn't just merely it's host. The Ten Tails itself can't create/use Truth Seeker Orbs, Onmyoudon, flight, glowing Chakra Arms, etc.

Juubi Jins having more focused power obviously means they are stronger than the Juubi itself.
