rasengan is 1 jutsu, chakra shape manipulation highest form, its complete, not to mention kakashi was also create chidori due to his failure to mix his nature chakra into his rasengan, so we can say chidori is also incomplete jutsu ?

you asked which one was stronger and i told you. the chirodi isnt incomplete idk where you received that information. and the rasengan and in complete jutsu did that, now compare the chirodi to the rasenshurikun

you should re read the manga when kakashi show naruto the rasengan, that's when he said if he could mix his nature chakra into rasengan, he would have never bothered to create chidori,

and rasengan is just 1 jutsu, and was created by minato in order to create his ultimate ninjutsu but he fail, but that doesn't mean rasengan is incomplete, because it worked perfectly minato even named that jutsu,

and FRS cannot be compared to rasengan since it was mixed with wind element,

your not getting it though. chirido isnt incomplete. it has both chakra shape manipulation and the affinity itself. controlling lightening is probably the hardest thing you can do just like fire because it moves on its own. thats just how the affinity is. and the rasengan was never completed. but you see how strong that incomplete jutsu is. the rasengan isnt complete it has no chakra affinity to it. so now compare the rasenshurkin that is a complete rasengan vs the chirido.

you did see naruto with incomplete FRS pawned kakashi chidori and yet the ordinary rasengan clashed with chidori equally.

your theory might be true
but dont under estimate the chidori it depends on how much ration and when sasuke was losing his vision
he did the chidori against naruto rasengan and it was even its all about ration that was like chidori 1000 birds, it coudlve been 2000 bird but it coundent be its impossible only person that can control that much ration is raikage

The rasengan and chidori are equal when they clash but in terms of chakra usage and practicality the rasengan is better. Rasengan's strength is determined by rotation,concentration, and amount of chakra used. these factors make the rasengan superior due to the ability to argument them. Also after a its fully formed it's self sustaining and needs no more chakra.
Chidori on the other hand is based off physical speed and strength, a constant flow of chakra, and a shardingan to counteract tunnel vision. Thus chidori is more taxing on the body and less practical. But in terms of killing it is better.
