The shots are from different angles but they're both are in the middle of the blast, we see how huge FRS from comparing the middle (where Raikage is) to the top now the bottom would be the same size; we couldn't even see the size of the crater, only that the Raikage jumped out of itYou must be registered for see links. You can really measure Kakuza since the angle is above. As I said before, Kirin wasn't that big, if it was Sasuke would be dead as he was standing a few feets from Itachi, the force caused the hallow hideout that they were on to crumble. The destructive power was all aimed at Itachi who blocked it with Susanoo but the force broke the building, Sasuke never used it again so we can't accurately analyze it.
The thread is about which is more destructive, if a thunder bolt couldn't kill Sasuke who was in the area of its target then how destructive can it be? If you're in FRS blast radius then you're dead. This is why I think FRS is more destructive. Sasuke had no way to survive Kirin if he was hit by its blast since it's real lightning and his affinity for lightning chakra wouldn't help him out there nor did he have chakra for oral rebirth as its said it cost a lot of chakra and Sasuke was out of it after chidori.
His affinity for lightning would help, as he'd be more durable, and was on a much higher leverage than Itachi. The blast literally went completely through and smashed the building as depicted in the image. The blast hit everything around Itachi and below. Sasuke was high enough to evade.
