Kirin is more destructive than the basic Rasenshuriken. Anything above the basic one is stronger than it.

Hard to say, Kirin isn't made from chakra but actual lightning that Sasuke controls with Chidori but it's a targeted Attack, it's destructive power is aimed at the target as shown when Sasuke summed it at Itachi and Sasuke wasn't killed in that blast even though he was a couple feets away. The force brought down the Uchiha hideout because it's hallow out and the force of Kirin broke its structure. If the full force was anywhere but aimed at Itachi then Sasuke would be dead.

Base Naruto who used FRS the first time was when it was at about 50% completed and look at the size of its crater

In terms of utility, Rasenshuriken can be used more times, however, Kirin is faster (speed of light).

The shots are from different angles but they're both are in the middle of the blast, we see how huge FRS from comparing the middle (where Raikage is) to the top now the bottom would be the same size; we couldn't even see the size of the crater, only that the Raikage jumped out of it

. You can really measure Kakuza since the angle is above. As I said before, Kirin wasn't that big, if it was Sasuke would be dead as he was standing a few feets from Itachi, the force caused the hallow hideout that they were on to crumble. The destructive power was all aimed at Itachi who blocked it with Susanoo but the force broke the building, Sasuke never used it again so we can't accurately analyze it.

The thread is about which is more destructive, if a thunder bolt couldn't kill Sasuke who was in the area of its target then how destructive can it be? If you're in FRS blast radius then you're dead. This is why I think FRS is more destructive. Sasuke had no way to survive Kirin if he was hit by its blast since it's real lightning and his affinity for lightning chakra wouldn't help him out there nor did he have chakra for oral rebirth as its said it cost a lot of chakra and Sasuke was out of it after chidori.
