what?

the only not too lyrically inclined song he dropped is I
And even then, I matches the question of the thread and ties into Kendrick's motif of having messages and meanings in his songs.

That's King Kendrick, even if his lyricism and metaphors ain't at its best, he's still being meaningful.

OT: Eminem, Hopsin, Childish Gambino(Camp), J. Cole, King Kendrick.

you gotta diversify your musical pleasures to meet the expectations of your fragile ears my man
Lol,its not that it bothered me.Infact i got used to it.And from hearing it all the time thats what i picked up over years of expereince, through Elementary to High school.I know what you mean though.but theres no denying cussing/money/voilence is mentioned in alot (not all) songs.

That was more of my piont,i just exaggerated though.

There are so many songs that talk about violence, money and has swearing, but do so in a poetic manner. Not just "Yeah ***** I'm super rich", but actually talking about how consuming money can be or how much of a trap violence in the streets can be. Good Kid by King Kendrick for example.

Who has the best? Posed like that, it is a subjective question, and probably the reason why most posts here are just fan boys. But to actually look into this type of shxt objectively will depend on what you define "best lyricism" as. In terms of technicality, literacy/ vocabulary level (which allows you do to more with words, therefor expanding lyrical capabilities) here is a list that you can see.
It's been posted various times on these rap threads.
This is based off of compiled data through hundreds, if not Thousands of lyrical works.. #facts

Crown :
1)Aesop Rock - I don't even really mess with his music, but I've listened through like 3 of his albums, gotta give it to him. When it comes to raw lyrical ability, most rap listeners would turn have to turn it off.

Notice that based off of the first 35,000 Bars Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye don't even make the top 10
