i know the reasone y ppl r usin s ranks bcoz it is hard to block them =/
and i am guilty of that >> i use the s rank jutsu to finish the match off but the rest of the battles i use C-A rank jutsu

people are use S-ranked lightning like nobodies business. Just throwing them out like,"yeah, so what". I think the chakra cost should be reworked. at 40 chakra a pop a Sannin can use 30 S-ranked jutsu. Remember when kakashi fought pein. He used a lightning bunshin 2 riakiri and a summoned wall, and was down to half his chakra. then he used his MS technique and now his chakra is depleted

whoops my bad. it was a Rai-kage bunshin so his chakra level was halfed because of that . never mind

Loll if we lose half of our chakra for a rai-kage, we'll only be able to make 2 moves!

unless you make 2 at one time and then you are left with a third or your original chakra
