In terms of strength this is how I think it goes.

12. Beta Beta no Mi. User: Trebol.
11. Moku Moku no Mi. User: Smoker.
10. Numa Numa no Mi. User: Caribou.
9. Yuki Yuki no Mi. User: Monet
8. Suna Suna no Mi. User: Crocodile.
7. Gasu Gasu no Mi. User: Caesar
6. Mera Mera no Mi. Users: Sabo and Ace.
5. Hie Hie no Mi. User: Aokiji.
4. Magu Magu no Mi. User: Akainu.
3. Goro Goro no Mi. User: Enel.
2. Pika Pika no Mi. User: Kizaru.
1. Yami Yami no Mi. User: Blackbeard.

This is how I think it goes in terms of Logia users.

9. Crocodile( pre TS, havent seen him post TS but I think Post TS Croc will be >Smoker, Ace, and Enel.)

For that list im basing it on how strong the user is, not how well they are with their DF.

Talents. For example, Caribou and Enel dont have CoA, so they would tie if they fought each other, but Enel would do much better against everyone else but Luffy than Caribou would.

It would only be the strongest against DF users, against Haki beasts it would be one of the weakest logias to have.

Unless the user is able to create waves bigger than the ones Aokiji froze during marineford then he isn't much of a threat. When you think about it Aokiji is like the only DF user who can fight comfortable around water with no worries, his ice abilities freezes large masses in only a few seconds.

naturally too much heat turns sand to glass so ace is going to make a nice statue of crocodile
