Sakura that high?

1.Naruto Uzumaki(This is obvious, It's named after him+ he's the next S06P, the sage wanted peace, so does Naruto+he made friends with all the tailed beasts)
2.Sasuke Uchiha(I didn't like Sasuke in part 1 or in Part 2, but the beginning scene in Shippuden that foreshadowed episode 50 was boss and the only variant of Sasuke that I liked, anyway OP Susanoo, OP Kirin, OP EMS done,)
3.Rock Lee- Taijutsu specialist Speed, and Strength Lee is a powerhouse that is underrated, definitely one of the top Gennin in part 1.
4.Neji Hyuga- Genius of the Hyuga clan Heir of the second branch, Neji's Gentle Fist Taijutsu+Byakugan is a deadly combination that can drain an opponents chakra system, with a deadly move 8 trigrams 64 palms, this is another powerhouse; really can't argue if you want to switch him with Lee, both are incredibly strong and underated.
5.Choji- He has to go here Butterfly Choji+Expansion Jutsu, you could also make a case for him to be at 3.
6.Shino-He shouldn't be lower than this, becuase you cannot make a case for anyone that would beat him that is below.
7.Kiba-His taijutsu is good, increaced speed with all fours beast mimickery sensory ninja, can use stealth.
8.Shikamaru-Is intelligent, but would be ranked higher in a team, but his advantage isn't in his shadow possesion, but how he is able to plan out an attack and make use of his teammates abilities.
9.TenTen- If TenTen's attack didn't miss for some reason in the manga she would be beheading fools, she is not useless in the slightest, just use your head, on kunai to the throat, and your done.
10.Ino
11.Sakura - Ino is better at mind possesion jutsu than she was in part 1, if they go head to head Sakura is done.

It was the Rikkodu Sennin's weapon and not only was she able to use it, but she was kicking ass with it, also that thing drains a lot of chakra so that says somethign about TenTen's Chakra reserve.

Your either just a regular Sakura hater, or crazy. Sakura is apprentice of a kage, she's foreshadowed to be stronger than Tsunade. She's already showed her skill against at Akastsuki member, She's intelligent enough to take out Sai, Kiba and Lee with just a regular old sleeping bomb. She's quick enough and powerful enough to force Kakashi to use his sharigan and to stay fast on his feet.

Ino attack can't miss or she's done for, and also unless she's using the enemies body to attack other enemy, there's not much she's shown to do one vs one.

And Tenten, thats a laugh, its the idea that she be able to get a kuni to somebody throat. As we've seen in the manga, ninja tools are pretty much useless, unless its the sage weapons, and Tenten can't hold on to those.

Your list is mostly biased toward just speed and strength (expect for Sakura which I think your just biased like most of the community), when there is lot more to be a high ranking ninja than those two traits.

Even if Tbb is a ball of amaterasu fire, Sasuke can use enton and move the ball where he wishes then LOL

btw Sakura would rape Ino in a fight. Ino needs Shikamaru to ensnare the opponent to mind possess, Sakura wouldnt stop moving and break Ino's face in.. Ino is the most useless ninja in Naruto.
