I think that ranking the KH11 is very subjective because some members can counter other members but get owned by weaker ones.

If you want to go by destructiveness (again very subjective reasoning) (eg how fast they can bust down a giant boulder)

-Naruto + Sasuke (TBB is strong, but amaterasu never stops burning/Sussano's punches)
-Rock Lee
-Chouji
-Kiba
-Sakura
-Neji
-Sai
-Tenten
-Hinata
-Shikamaru (would've ranked him higher but he lacks power)
- Shino
-Ino

But then again if Shikamaru gets his shadow possession off on Neji would it make him "stronger"? What would happen if Ino mind controlled Sakura, walked off of a cliff and then released? But Kiba is stronger than Neji because he can turn into a giant demon wolf with Akamaru and destroy the boulder faster. It just won't make sense in some people's minds, everyone is different.

You can't really rank them tbh (also Sakura can heal, Hinata has the utility of the Byakugan etc. etc.)

Well I don't agree. When you give ranks, you don't just consider one or two aspects but the overall capabilities of the ninja. Destructiveness alone is nothing. What about stamina, intelligence, speed, skills etc... ? Sakura's strenght is unhuman and in theory can one shot most of the K11 but do you see her hitting Lee or Neji ? No. And how does Ino manage to land her jutsu in the first place ? Sakura won't just stand there and wait. 64 palms is badass but Naruto and Sasuke ain't falling for it

Well it depends on how your ranking them....if your ranking them one vs one. Then here's my list.

Naruto (Naruto I feel is still stronger at Sasuke at this point, Sasuke may however get some lame ass Uchiha ability, that he barely worked for again.)
Sasuke (Sasuke is only second Naruto, not much to say, he's a Uchiha)
Shikamaru (Shikamaru is tough to place, hes a great team leader, but if this is one on one, I feel he should be lower but I'll give him the benefit since he showed his solo skill vs Hidan.)
Neji (The best of Hyuga, it was hard to decide between Neji and Sakura since both user Taijustu, and gentle fist is kinda useless against a healer, since I'd assume gentle fist can be healed, and Sakura poison makes her deadly vs close range.)
Sakura (Everyone's a sakura hater, but she's a top notch healer, super strength, deadly poisons, and if nobody notices it she's highly intelligent, if shikamaru isn't present she's usually discerning the enemies abilities, people hate her because of the stuff she's done, but doesn't excuse the fact she's an excellent kunochi, and she's going to surpass Tsunade its obvious, and Tsunade's a kage)
Rock Lee (Lee and Sakura are on the same level sort of, different situations would push one or the other to victory. Sakura gets any kind of attack off, poison cloud, smoke bombs, a scratch from kuni, Lee sorta done for, Sakura just is too deadly at close range. But if Lee is smart, (which he isn't when compared to others) he'll strike Sakura at the right time and win, but Lee's greatest weakness still is only taijutsu, I mean Guy we've seen at least knows how to summon)
Shino (Honestly Shino is a beast in my eyes one of my favorites, but I had to keep him low because we haven't seen much from him in the manga, so its unfair to rank him high on speculation since we don't much about his battle strategies.
Ino (Ino strength shines when grouped with others, she makes any squad shine, but one on one I don't she has the snuff, one on two, we've seen she's good, but one on one, her abilities rely on her not to miss.)
Kiba (Kiba is wild, but his taijustu is subpar when compared to the other, I like him but just like Shino we haven't seen his true strength or we have and i'm not impressed)
Hinata (Sorry Hinata lovers, I don't care if your distracted by her big chest or cute shyness, but Hinata is no solo shinobi, people got to get out of their heads because she's a Hyuga she's good but its the opposite. She's makes a great scout though which I think is her strength but we've seen from every battle she's in, she can't cut it solo, She needs to be on squad, Have Neji cover her back, or Naruto to watch her (even though I'd advise against that cause she almost gets herself killed every time)
Choji (Not much can be said, he's a team style ninja, he's a awesome squad member, but I still think he won't cut it solo)
Tenten (Sorry a shinobi that just uses weapons, how many times have we seen the alliance throw thousand of weapons at the enemies and haven't actually work, yah its not going to work for Tenten)

Long story short, she isn't close to the top, but you're under rating her.

Yah did you read the manga or watch the anime? Because in the manga, Hinata so called awesome battle vs the Deva Path, wasn't as epic. She lasted two panels, her awesome move Gentle Lion Fists never made any contact. She lasted as long a regular fodder ninja would charging in like that.

Her attack on the Deva Pain meant nothing to her strength or abilities, and showed something about bravery though.
And comparing Part 2 ninja's to part 1 is flawed, a three year time-skip, and Hinata is only at least stronger than part 1 Neji? Who didn't even make chuunin the first time around.

If you really what evidence on rankings just look at Kishi's Third Databook, which besides any argument you can make is canon, in the world of Naruto. There ranking is based Ninjustu, Taijustu, Genjustu, Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Stamina, HandSeals.

This is Kishi's ranking at the start of shippuden, to note, that Naruto is power is based of his base from, not any fox mode form. So as you can see I feel your overrating Hinata a little bit. Which is an annoying mistake all her fans make, considering even up till now in the point of the manga, she hasn't show signs of improvement, considering she had to be saved from Zeztu's when Neji wasn't watching her back.

So in my list I only put her above Sai and Shino incorrectly. Im astonished Sai is ranked that high, but there you go; easy mistake to made. And Shino hasnt done shit, so you would have to have seen this to know he was this strong.

All of these ninja except Sasuke and Naruto are fodder against Deva Pain.

Why?

Naruto (You already know why)
Sasuke (on par with Itachi and Kabuto)
Shikamaru (Obito praised Shikamaru, awesome analytical skills, only one who became chunin,genious)
Neji (Byakugan,jonin,genious)
Choji (Butterfly mode enuff said)
Lee (Gates but not enuff to defeat guys like Neji or Shikamaru, )
Sai (in Root which is equal to Anbu)
Hinata (Byakugan)
Sakura (super strength, medical ninjutsu)
Shino (not much is shown but has bug jutsu which is effective)
Kiba (alot of power but not so smart)
Tenten (power but no feats)
Ino (only one jutsu that needs support from other team,****in trash)

This series is all about courage. Besides Hinata is not exactly weak, she's certainly stronger than Shikamaru, very agile and deadly hits.

I also don't take much stock in whatever Kishi posted about the 11 back when part 2 of the series just began. I'm sure he's changed his mind and demonstrated things way differently than he'd originally thought. That's just how writing works.
