Lee below Sakura? Lee protected Sai while he was doing his sealing jutsu don't think Sakura could do that and you know Sakura cannot beat lee on 1v1.

Im not a fan of sakura myself lol but really I can't see her winning against lee right now. Maybe later if she gets a power up. But good list

Butterfly mode is the sole reason I put him so high. But I still believe Neji or Lee wins because they are too fast. Neji can close his tenketsu or Lee can open the gates, hit him all over the face till he faints lol. Something along those lines

I think Hinata gets ranked too low in some of these lists (Kiba can beat a Hyuga? Any Hyuga?). I guess it should go without saying that Shino is extremely hard to place because it seems implied several times that he's stronger than Kiba and Hinata, but he never does jack. He did beat Kankuro, but it was 1 puppet Genin Kankuro.

1. Naruto (Not winning, but fighting Madara AND Obito)

2. Sasuke (Missing several things Madara possesses)

3. Neji Hyuga (He is a Jonin so Lee still hasn't surpassed him clearly)

4. Rock Lee (Gates are OP, can 1v1 most opponents)

5. Shikamaru (Give time to prepare, he can devise a plan to beat literally anyone beneath him on this list)

6. Hinata Hyuga (Byakugan and Gentle Fist ((think Pain fight)) and most don't have Naruto's ability to ignore Tenketsu being closed)

7. Sakura (We didn't see it against Sasori's puppets for obvious reasons, but she can use chakra to slash arteries, organs, etc. as a medical ninja. Think how Kabuto fought Tsunade and Naruto earlier in series; now note that Sakura has been said to be capable of most of the medical feats only Tsunade could do.)

8. Choji (Butterfly powers seem almost like opening gates.)

9. Sai (He's a very useful ninja, like a utility knife, but I think 1v1 his ink creatures would most get smashed by above ninjas)

10. Kiba (Apart from those above, Kiba seems to be the most solid Taijutsu type ninja and also a sensor.)

11. Tenten (All of her impressive fights were filler episodes or movies.)

12. Ino (I suppose she could theoretically beat some of these ninja with her mind powers? But it was stated that she could lose her soul for a bit by missing a moving target, and even Genin Sakura busted out of the technique. It would never work on Naruto or Sasuke, or anyone extremely strong willed i'm guessing.)

??? Shino (What can his bugs do? We've never seen him lose a fight, or lose his composure much, but we don't know what his abilities are at all. Maybe I could place him if I watched fillers or movies.)

@Artaya , that was a long and detailed post. Good job.
I really wonder why Kishi isn't showing us more of Shino. Kiba said during the chunin exam that Shino is the only one he wouldn't want to face. He looks like some badass dude. Shame on you Kishi, shame on you. I really liked part 1 cuz Kishi took some time to elaborate on most of the K11, there is still time for Kishi to show us their worth too. My fingers are crossed.
