Naruto (God tiers are too powerful)
Bleach (Hax)
DB (eh, arguable, could make some case for 2nd or first but too damn inconsistent)
One Piece (high tiers > Naruto top tiers, but God tiers are too much for OP)
Fairy Tail
HxH
DB was hella inconsistent though imo. Even adult Goku imo couldn't destroy the moon and Piccolo and Jr couldn't either but Roshi could who was and is weaker than those 3. But you're right none the less.
I would say technically none of them could touch/affect Bleach verse but Bleach could affect the real wold through spiritual pressure so Bleach first.
Naruto
One Piece
Fairy Tail
Dragon Ball
Hunter x Hunter
Though I don't know much about FT but I'm assuming they're around OP.

Naruto (God tier characters don't even make this a competition)
One Piece (Logia Characters are op)
Bleach ( Beside Yhwach, Who could be taken down when sleeping, Bleach is mostly hype with a few semi impressive feats)
Dragon Ball (Minus the one outlier of Roshi Blowing up the moon, Dragon Ball is pretty low tier)
Fairytail ( Acnologia is the reason FT is higher than HxH)
HunterXHunter (Still quality anime wise)
And yes Roshi blowing up the moon is a huge outlier.

Roshi could barley move that small boulder. Roshi's top speed feats were keeping up with kid Goku.
Toriyama was still trying to get off the gag manga of Dr. Slump and never applied logic to a lot of his early work in DB. That is why you see feats like blowing up the moon to stop Goku. Not to mention the full powered Kamehame wave from Roshi takes too much time to power up and so many characters could take him out before then.
Dragon ball at first obviously ,what's people's ridiculous idea that Goku wasn't a moon buster at that time? The kamehameha alone is a threat to the planet if not controlled properly, and if aimed towards the core of earth which could easily deliver Armageddon.

But he didn't even use ki to strengthen his body, at that time it was still nonetheless a invaluable concept of roshi's strength. You are also lookng at the mere beginning of dragon ball. You need to look at the very end.
People are severely underrating HxH or rather it's too early to say. Acnologia could be destroyed easily by the creatures there; just the huge scaling of the Dark Continent makes it very formidable.

I feel that Dark Continent is more along the lines of the gourmet world in Toriko. It may or may not be as threatening but I'm pretty confident that it'll sky-rocket HxH verse in terms of power. Meruem is already fodder compared to the creatures that lurk in the Dark Continent...so yeah it has a lot of growing room.
I think it'd be better to take HxH out and replace with YYH instead. It's more fair tbh.
