Ichigo was so close to Starrk that Shunpo would've been useless, not to mention the power of his Bankai isn't Shunpo speed, but actual, raw speed. Zaraki was closer than Ichigo. Yeah, Ichigo was able to see a few of R2 Ulquorra's movements, reread the battle. There wasn't a difference between R1 and R2 Ulquiorra's speed.
Ichigo would be completely unable to follow any of Starrk's movements you dope.

Ulquiorra is weaker than Harribel until he goes into Segunda Etapa. Harribel was stalling for time in her battle with Toshiro because their attacks kept cancelling each other out. And no, they weren't equal, she was crushing him for most of the fight, he only surivived because he was ice and she was water. And as such they cancelled each other out. In fact, she was able to easily handle Toshiro and two Vizard with ease.
You really do have selective memory, Toshiro was in Bankai against Harribel. Also, Toshiro was pissing himself when she was merely in base.
Shikai Toshiro was able to go up against Shikai Gin, but no, Ichigo beats a Shikai Toshiro. Bankai Toshiro? No idea, he's a mid level captain prodigy who is far more skilled than Ichigo, but no, I doubt it.
