So, It seems like the Otsutsuki are farming planets. If it is revealed that they are responsible for the very existence of the life forms living on those planets to begin with.

Either through outright creating that life through an ability like Hagoromo's Creation of all Things. Or through a Noah's ArK type operation like what was revealed in the novel for the Last....


"They were in the rebirth chamber. Toneri and Hinata were inside a giant, cradle-shaped device.

Toneri called this special device the “ark.”

Thousands of bubbles were floating inside the ark, and male and female pairs of all of Earth’s living creatures were held within the small bubbles. In other words, Toneri and Hinata would also sleep inside the ark in order to become the new beginning of the human race."

Would their harvest be justified?

Nah. God Trees grow from blood, right? So what gives them the right to claim something grown from the literal sweat and blood of countless people? That seed would be nothing without those people.

We don't know anything about the connection between the God Tree and the Ototsuki Clan.

If they just happened to find this source of power I would say no. If they created the god tree then yes. A superior Alien race has the right to do anything

Still no. My post was made with the Noah's Ark idea in mind. I don't consider them claiming a god tree alone a problem though. Just that they have no real right to. No one would have a right to claim a tree in my book under any circumstances because it has to be made by so many people.

Thanks, if you continue this analogy, Naruto killing Momoshiki, is a cow killing a farmer, I don't know if Kishimoto thought of it that way, but if farmers are that strong, how strong are soldiers?
