The light from Infinite Tskuyomi pierces all matter....so theoretically speaking, there should be nowhere in the Nv(except alternate dimensions) that anything could avoid it's affects.

imagine if there was other life in nv light years away from Naruto's planet...Madara's IT would still be causing devastation millions of years later.
