Ramen Guy
Ramen guy played Tobi all along, he was a puppeteer and Tobi was his puppet. From the start he planned this.
Sasuke's mom cheated on papa Sasuke with Tobi(Ramen guy threatened to kill the whole Uchiha clan if she didn't sleep with Tobi). Thus Sasuke was born and his destiny was to befriend Uzumaki Naruto to find the weak side of the tailed beast.
Meanwhile Ramen Guy forced Itachi Uchiha to kill his whole clan aside from Sasuke to strengten his hatred towards Itachi(therefore waking up powers in Sasuke to handle naruto in the future). Itachi got sick of it eventually, to live as one of ramen guys puppets. So he basically presented himself on a plate to Sasuke so he could be killed by him.
This is where Tobi stepped in. Ramen Guy told Tobi to convince Sasuke that the hidden leaf was behind the uchiha massacre setup, so he could cover up his own ass. Danzo figured this plan out and Ramen Guy didn't want anyone to interupt his plan.
What follows is that Ramen Guy used his chopstick-no-jutsu and popped Danzo's eye out. This led to an infection in which sharingan-eyes popped out of his right arm.
Danzo survived the infection and used it for his own meaning, to use it for good and to find out the truth(The infection led to Amnesia, he didn't know how the hell he got eyes on his arm).
Ramen Guy was pissed and told Tobi to finish him. Tobi had a better idea; he proposed to Ramen Guy that this was the ultimate test for Sasuke. To see if his hatred had grown. And the result was positive, Sasuke proved himself to have grown in power.
This is where stage 2 of Sasuke jumps in, the awakening of the EMS(everything is still plotted by Ramen Guy).
Ramen Guy's plan to steal Kurama from Naruto is according to plan, all that is needed now? A worldwar,the perfect cover story.
-Boring fights-
We skipped the boring stuff, now we are at the fight between the Uchiha bro's and Kabuto. What is Kabuto's story in all this? Well basically nothing, he was just a tool for Edo Tensei. Who do you think gave him the ability to use SM? The Snake Sage, yes indeed, but who is this? RAMEN GUY!
-Timeskip to where the war is over, madara died, kabuto died,tobi died-
Naruto vs Sasuke
History repeats itself: Young & Older sons - Hashirama & Madara - Ash Ketchum & Gary Oak. The great fight,obviously fought at final valley. EMS Sasuke vs KM naruto(at first). An intense - 10 chapter long fight between both rivals and friends. KM naruto transforms to BM(who wouldn't with Sasuke spamming Susano'o?), in which he produces a lethal strike to Sasuke, who is now on the edge the abyss of death. Naruto looks down on a bleeding Sasuke, crying. But Sasuke laughs, and lifts his head. The rinnegan!! The near death experience made Sasuke awaken the Rinnegan(Ty blaze release for your thread, I read it all and was amazed, kudos).
After the awakening, there will be 20 chapters of talking and flashbacks between Sasuke & Naruto, and then after, yet again, an intense fight between the 2, they both lay on the ground, looking up to the sky with dull eyes. They have no chakra, nor can they move any limb. This is where it all happens people: Ramen guy-appear no jutsu! Both, unable to move, are looking at Ramen Guy thinkin wtf is going on. Ramen Guy: Summoning jutsu- Great Noodle of death. This noodle is covered with a sticky liquid, which you cannot break, there's just no way to escape. He seals them both using the forbidden sealing technique he learned in the Saké Temple(A bar). It's over.
Everyone is dead and Naruto and Sasuke are sealed away for good. Ramen Guy looks up to the sky with a satisfying smile. His plan, 17 years of work, finally finished. He grabs his chopsticks and stabs himself in the eye! What the...???? Ino used mind control on the Ramen Guy and made him stab himself in the eye!

No one ever cared where Naruto & Sasuke went
Sakura turned lesbian on Hinata
