*I gather raiton chakra into my palm and I convert it into pure lightning I form a chidori and listen to the chipping of 1000 birds as I manipulate the lightning into multiple lightning bolts that spread out in a circular area around my hand it destroys ever thing that gets in it's way*

When you say a circular area you mean around my entire body or just my hand?

-facepalm- the chidori forms just like a normal chidori...you then mold it into lightning bolt that you fire over a circular area...it means the area where it strikes ex. your opponent would have a circle area around himself where the lightning strikes...

So the lightning surrounds his body.. and facepalm my ass I just didn't understand what the jutsu meant by a circular area...

no slamming is necessary...you merely hold out chidori and release the lightning bolts...its a short-mid range jutsu
