Lightning is one of the 5 basic elemental chakra natures in the Naruto universe; that is used for piercing damage, high speed movement, lightning infused weaponry/environmental objects, and paralysis. Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind. When you think of wind you think of something that is fast, free flowing, unpredictable, and strong. In the Narutoverse and in our RP, wind release has a variety of different properties which makes it versatile in its own right. For one, we have the ability to create long and short powerful gusts of flowing wind. Mainly these techniques that are designed to provide resistance against oncoming attacks, reversing the trajectory of weaponry, etc. We can also create short concentrated/compressed bursts of wind that give a pseudo solid form which can be used for blunt force or strong impacts. These would mainly be offensive in nature. There is also vacuum or suction power that can be generated, drawing objects in for close combat or sucking away the oxygen for suffocation. However, one of the more prominent abilities of wind release that we’ve come to know from the Narutoverse is the powerful cutting power that it possesses. Mainly from characters like Naruto, Asuma, and Sora, the wind nature has been shown to be able to slice and cut through things like butter. Wind is the movement of many gases in the air, though we’ve been shown to manipulate just the air itself and call it wind release by comparison due to the relationship.
Water is the most calm and free-flowing elements. These characteristics dictate its nature, making it useful in combat due to the fluidity and intense lack of control that is required to utilize it. Lightning and Fire take extreme control, but manipulation of water takes calmer movements and so controlling it comes more naturally. While its the calmest element, it can also become one of the most destructive. Putting a large amount of force behind of wave gives it power that can't be paralleled by all the other elements. I've taken note of your statments, and will try to remember them well. Though, I have a question; If a stream/bolt of lightning comes into contact with a wall of fire, what would be the outcome? Would it pass through the intagible fire?

Answering your question, normally Lightning and Fire will phase through eachother with no interaction whatsoever. However, some Fire and Lightning jutsus are so condensed, that they exhibit solid-like behaviour, so under the right circumstances they will clash with one another.
Here's a situation like that which happened in my Sensei test -
My Flame Rasengan vs Dante's Chidori True Spear
(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

If you do this correctly, the lightning should conduct into the first dummy and spread along all of the dummies, shocking them collectively.
Key Points: This requires you to slam your hand on the ground, and so can't be used in mid-air or without a solid surface to stand upon.

*Richter walks over next to Kakuzu, and does as he instructed. He begins to channel his chakra between the "cup" of his palms. Soon, The high frequency chakra being generated in between his palms start to feel unstable and wild. He stops this by leveling the amount of chakra emitted from both hands to create 2 equal, parallel sources of Raiton chakra. Next, he uses equal force on both sides to cause the chakra to be stabilized, and steady. Once that is done, he looks in front of him and aims at the bull's eye on the dummy by using the space between his thumb knuckles as a cross hair. Then, he fires the lightning after putting his wrists together and pushing his hands forward and outwards , which results in him hitting his target on point.

Good question, but it wouldn't. Look closely at my instructions (wording of the technique). The lightning travels along the floor, but does not travel underground. Anyway, nice usage of the techniques.
(Ration: Ikazuchi Kashou) - Lightning Release: Thunder Burn
Now, I'd like you to focus your raiton chakra in the same manner as before, only this time envisioning the element in its wave-like form. You will not be releasing bolts of lightning, but rather a wave with the same potency as the first technique you learned. The difference between the two techniques other than their form is, that water conducts waves more efficiently than it conducts projectiles.
Key Points: In our RP, there's something known as "focused" and "unfocused" lightning. Focused lightning is extremely condensed lighting which has some-degree of form and structure due to shape manipulation e.g. my Lightning mask's False Darkness, Sasuke's Chidori, his Chidori spear and so on. Unfocused lightning is the polar opposite, it usually lacks any sort of structures and comes in the form of waves or surges. The Lightning surge jutsu you just learnt and ran across the floor was a good example of unfocused lightning. It was wild and didn't have a defined shape.
Some claim, you can actually use focused lightning attacks under water, but I'm skeptical of this idea and have never tried it out.
(Raiton: Sandaa Saaburu) - Lightning Style: Thunder Saber
For this 2nd technique, I want you to generate an electric field shield around your body before releasing it towards those dummies over there. Target the largest group, since on contact with anything this jutsu will explode into a small maelstrom of lightning with enough force to knock them back a considerable distance.
Key Points: This is a close counterpart to the next technique you learn. The vagueness of the technique isn't useful, however I assume this one is the projectile-type electric field and the one you will learn next is the one which encases your body similar to an armour.
(Raiton: Raijingu Sanda) - Lightning Style: Raging Thunder
For this 3rd technique, I want you to focus your chakra once again and envision the electric field shield you just fired. Generate the same type of shield around your body, using it to cover you, much like you would wear a suit of armour. Don't waste any time, it could prove to be fatal.

Key Points: Nothing really. A nice concept, but at D-Rank its not that useful in battle. A B-Rank plasma version exists, if you like the concept of this jutsu, you'll love the plasma shield.

Hmm, I feel as if the unfocused lightning can be just as dangerious, if not more so than the focused lightning.

Good usages. Well, its better to use techniques like Lightning Strike Armour (which we will learn soon) to counter Earth release techniques. Destroying techniques which emerge beneath you with frontal attacks is a dangerous thing to attempt. You actually don't need to wait till the spikes emerge to know they're there, you can feel the vibrations/disturbances they create (no matter how small) when begin trying to emerge.
( Raiton: Raigeki) - Lightning Release: Electric Attack
For this next technique, I want you to perform the following sequence of hand seals before creating an electric current from your hand that can span to an incredible distance, despite its rank. The technique is capable of striking multiple opponents due to its unfocused nature, making it useful against clones.
Key Points: None really.
( Raiton: Denki Railanshō ) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm
Ah, I'm not too faimilar with this particular technique. To perform it channel your raiton chakra to your hand before manipulating it to generate electrical bolts around your forearm. Once you successfully do this, jump into the air before slamming your palm onto the ground, causing the built chakra to discharge itself. The resulting effect will be lightning bolts being sent into the ground and five meters in every direction.
Key Points: Believe it or not, but the jumping portion of the technique is useful against evading small-scale attacks. You could simply hop over them before slamming your hands onto the ground and continuing on to attack your opponent with a single maneuver.

For this next technique, I want you to perform the following sequence of hand seals before creating an electric current from your hand that can span to an incredible distance, despite its rank. The technique is capable of striking multiple opponents due to its unfocused nature, making it useful against clones.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Ah, I'm not too faimilar with this particular technique. To perform it channel your raiton chakra to your hand before manipulating it to generate electrical bolts around your forearm. Once you successfully do this, jump into the air before slamming your palm onto the ground, causing the built chakra to discharge itself. The resulting effect will be lightning bolts being sent into the ground and five meters in every direction.
Key Points: Believe it or not, but the jumping portion of the technique is useful against evading small-scale attacks. You could simply hop over them before slamming your hands onto the ground and continuing on to attack your opponent with a single maneuver.
