The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

*I begin molding large amounts of chakra, channeling it all throughout my body. After molding a sufficient amount of chakra, I release it all at once, from each pore of my body; In conjunction with releasing the energy, I rapidly increase its vibrating frequencies in order to generate physical lightning. The chakra is released in the form of a barrier that defends me on all sides. While maintaining a good, consistent flow of chakra into the barrier (to assure that it remains intact) I also remain focused on holding the shape and form, closing my eyes and concentrating once more while your weapons bounce off of and away from the plasma barrier. After a few seconds, I open my eyes once more and charge towards a nearby tree, discharging the electric barrier towards the tree trunk in the form of a powerful electric wave. The lightning destroys the tree, while I sub-sequentially end the technique.*

Pro: It's an omnipotent technique, offering both an adequate defense an offense.

Con: You can only use other Lightning based, or physical based techniques while this jutsu is active.

*I close my eyes and begin by kneading a sufficient amount of chakra simultaneous to imagining what the completed jutsu should look like in my mind. I concentrate, making sure to mold an adequate amount of chakra for optimal performance. After a short while, I raise my hands to the air, releasing the gathered energy into the air, mainly into the area above your clone. Though not visible, I compress the chakra into the form of a spherical orb before rapidly increasing its vibrating frequencies to generate (self-sustaining) lightning. After a few seconds, and while under my control, the sphere begins to diffuse its energy into the surrounding area, releasing/firing multiple lightning bolts that rain down on the area below (onto your clone).*

Pro: It continuously releases a barrage of lightning bolts that rain over the battlefield, striking anything within its attack radius, making it difficult to evade.

Con: You'll have to watch your own position and avoid getting caught within your own techniques attack radius - It also wouldn't be wise to use this technique (especially) when there's water around.

It takes me a little while, but after a few minutes when I finish molding the necessary amount of chakra, I perform the required hanseals that you showed me prior. After, I release the gathered chakra from my dominant right hand, increasing the vibrating frequencies to generate lightning. I continue to to channel all of the gathered chakra in the palm of my hand, making the chakra so powerful that it's clearly visible. I take the newly formed Chidori, aim at your clone, run straight ahead and impale it into his chest, causing him to dissipate shortly afterwards.*

Pro: It's a powerful technique, and effective in short range for dealing precise, crippling blows.

Con: That it can be easily predicted and therefore, easily avoided if proper precautions are not taken.

*I begin by taking out and preparing a large demon wind shuriken, all the meanwhile, kneading a sufficient amount of chakra. After preparing the weapon and moulding what I determine to be enough chakra, I channel it into the weapon, afterwards furiously increasing the vibrating frequencies of my chakra just as I did previously with the Chidori. The lightning is noticeably potent, crackling and sparking off the metal of the weapon. I take careful aim at your clone and toss the shuriken in such a way that it would impale him in his chest/cut through him/cut his body in half, etc. After all is said and done, your clone dissipates.*

Pro: If the shuriken hits, it'll leave the target paralyzed for one turn. Additionally, the lightning would augment the shuriken's cutting abilities to the point that it could easily cut through a majority of sturdy materials - With that being said, one could imagine what it could do to the human body.

Con: All though all lightning jutsu make noise, since it's based off of Chidori, I'm assuming it would make a lot of recognizable chirping noise, so it's easy to see/hear coming and not difficult to avoid, since the weapon can't change direction to accommodate for evasive movement.

Pro: On contact, it will paralyze a target by mimicking the body's nerve impulses. Additionally, it can be used to break out of Genjutsu (up to B Rank) as well as to defend against some smaller, weaker earth/wood jutsu.

Con: Because it is unfocused, it doesn't cause any damage; If your surrounded by water, or water is dumped on you (which is often seen and pretty easily accomplished) . . it probably wont end well for you, the user.

After kneading a good amount of chakra, I channel it to my hands and perform the necessary handeals. I increase the vibrating rates of my chakra in order to generate lightning at my hands, and remembering its powerful destructive ability that crumbles earth, i cause it to vibrate and spark furiously. I send the current of electricity running through the ground, away from me, in the shape of a triangle, with the base facing me and the point cutting through the earth and pinning down your clone.*

Pro: The lightning is powerful and not always easily defended against, since it can flow through and hit anything standing on the earth, within range. Because of the generated heat, the lightning can ignite anything flammable (Which could make for a good collaboration/set-up).

Con: Without proper understanding, of without taking precautions, you could hurt yourself by electrocution (an opponent can easily wt you while you while you execute the handseals and channel chakra through he ground.

At the peak of my swing, I release the built up lightning outwards, similar to when I did the running beast technique; However, this time, the instant I reach the peak of my swing, I split my chakra up into several innumerable sections, firing them in the form of countless senbon. The senbon, being unable to pierce the tree, are stuck suspended in the trunks, where you can visibly see how good or bad my aim was. I practice several times before getting it down pat.*

Pro: It has a wide range can be used to strike multiple enemies at once, and it has a numbing/paralyzing effect.

Con: It doesn't cause much damage, and despite it's rank, doesn't boast much offensive power, and can't really break through earth like most lightning jutsu can, almost like actual senbon. It's more dependent on accuracy than anything.

To contain and compress the chakra, I create a layer of regular chakra around the lightning. Afterwards, I extend my hands away from my body and release the built up energy outwards. After leaving it to travel a safe distance away, I trigger the explosion by releasing the barrier of regular chakra around the lightning.*

Pro: You could potentially blow back a large number of people with the explosion.

Con: If you're not careful when using this technique, you could injure yourself by being too close in the proximity of the blast.

So, as I did before after kneading enough chakra, I concentrate Dot on chairs through the earth in order to create a large oven like enclosure(the sixteen pillars) made of earth. Afterwards, I channel a large amount ofnraiton chakra from my body, through the ground and into the pillars that
make up the oven. With my energy focused mainly in the center, the lightning is channeled through each pillar into the middle of the enclosure. Should someone be caught inside, they would be trapped and electrocuted from all sides.*

Pro: Good for imprisoning one or several people.

Con: I can't think of anything particularly bad about this technique so I'll say the jandseals are a con >_>

*I begin by kneading large amounts of chakra, and as I did when previously performing the Chidori, I channel all sotred energy to my dominant, right hand. After a little while, when I mold the necessary amounts of chakra, I drastically increase the vibrating frequencies of my chakra in order to generate lightning in the palm of my hand. I proceed to form a layer of regular chakra around the crackling electricity in order to compress and maintain it, as well as to shape it - By manipulating the layer of regular chakra while pumping a consistent feed of chakra into the jutsu, I 'stretch' and increase the length of the chidori in my hand into a blade. At first, I fail to reach maximum length, but after some trial and error, I manage to get it down, thrusting the spear of lightning through your clones chest.*

Pro: It can be used to quickly strike an enemy from several meters away, and is also capable of branching off into several blades of lightning in order to deal additional damage.

Con: One con would probably be the jutsu's reach; As seen in Sasuke's fight with Deidara, the jutsu only extends up to a certain range (10 meters). As long as you're outside that range, the blade cannot reach you.
