Pro: The description of this technique is vague and in some cases, could probably be used in advantageous ways because of that.

Con: The range of this technique is limited, and on top of that, the description is vague (something an opponent can take advantage of just as easily as the user.

*Because I have yet to begin Suiton training, I begin by unfurling a scroll across the ground in such a way that it allows me to summon a small field of water under or within the general vicinity of your clone. Afterwards, I begin molding chakra and channeling it through my body, into the ground; I maintain a consistent feed of chakra, having my energy flow through the ground and into the pool of water. Once in the water, I increase the vibratory rates of my chakra, converting it into lightning in the field of water, immediately electrocuting your clone.*

Pro: In the condition that the opponent is already standing on water and this technique is the first used in the user's turn, there'll be no forewarning of attack, meaning there's almost no chance of evasion without breaking the timeframe. Other than that, this technique takes advantage of the conductive abilities of water.

Con: The user will have to be careful to avoid being hurt by their own technique by standing on the water created by this technique.

After several minutes, I finish contemplating, and increase the vibratory rates of my chakra, visibly generating electricity around my palms. I form a layer of regular chakra around the energy as a medium to employ shape manipulation; slowly but surely, I extend the lightning away from my body, and shape it to match the preferred image in my mind. Once the whips have fully formed, I take aim at your clone, swinging my right arm away from my body, lashing your clone with the lightning.*

Pro: Similar to one of the previous techniques, this description lacks emphasis (For example, it doesn't say how large each whip is, or if they're capable of binding large targets, etc). You can take advantage of the wording of the description to improvise, as long as it falls within the bounds of the techniques description. Like the elastic clause of the Constitution, you can basically do anything, as long as it's implied somewhere in the technique.

Con: Similarly, an opponent can take advantage of the fact that this jutsu's description is not too specific to deliver a crippling counter attack. (For example, it doesn't say how large each whip is, or if they're capable of binding large targets, etc). An opponent can take advantage of your wording.

*I begin kneading chakra while picturing a ninja hound in my mind, to get an ideal feel for the shape and dimensions of the jutsu. After contemplating for a while and kneading enough of my chakra, I put everything in motion; I channel the chakra to my dominant - right - hand, increasing the vibrating frequencies, visibly generating electricity at my hand. I swing my right arm out and away from my body, releasing the built up lightning as I do. I form a layer of regular chakra around the stream, shaping the end into a dog, while sending it racing towards your clone. To make sure the jutsu doesn't fade before hitting its mark, I make sure to give a good consistent feed of chakra into the jutsu, until it finally impacts your clone.*

Pro: The technique is ranged, and can change direction to accommodate for evasive action on the opponent's side.

Con: When you use this technique you're (kind of) left open, since you can't perform any other techniques; It may require a setup, since it's kind of easy to see coming.

My molding chakra is more or less passive; The only thought running through my head is to not electrocute and kill myself. After molding enough chakra and building up enough courage, I channel the chakra up and out of my mouth, increasing its vibratory frequency the moment I release it from my mouth. The lightning is released in the form of a concentrated spear - However, I don't finish there. I pay close attention to the location of your two clones, take aim, and evenly divide the lightning in two. Both spears are aimed at each individual clone, and impact each one, impaling their chests.*

Pro: It can split apart to attack multiple enemies.

Con: The more it splits, the weaker each individual spear will be.

*I engage in a light meditation, concentrating on how I perceive myself, superficially. I create an image of myself in my mind, a perfect replica from top to bottom, standing directly in front of me, looking at me like a mirror image; Simultaneously, I clasp my hands together and begin to mold chakra. I focus on eliminating any irregularities in my clone before proceeding to physically create it. After a few minutes, I begin to release and amass a large portion of my chakra (half of it to be exact) in front of me. I excite the chakra (similar to, but not as vigorously as the vibrations in physical lightning) and shape it to mirror the image of myself that I created in my mind. Just before completing the technique properly, I relieve some of my concentration, and end creating a failed clone that falls to the ground and immediately dissipates( Like those Naruto created when he tried to use the Clone Jutsu). After a few more minutes, and some more trial and error, I finally get it down and create a lightning shadow clone that stands in front of me.*

Pro: Having a clone to help you out is helpful in a lot of cases - So many in fact that I wouldn't really know where to start explaining. When Kakashi used this technique, it was explained that he often uses clones beforehand to analyse his opponent's style and fighting ability before stepping in himself; It's an effective method that allows him to keep out of harms way while experimenting, though it was more taxing on his chakra reserves. The lightning clone, as opposed to an ordinary shadow clone, dissipates into lightning, shocking and paralyzing anyone within the immediate vicinity.

Con: I can't really think of a "con" in having a clone. There are some ways of using clones that are more effective than others, but there's too many for me to list .-. Having one divides your chakra in half, having two divides it in thirds, three in quarters, etc.

*I begin by closing my eyes and kneading chakra. Each breath slightly longer than the last, I control my breathing and concentrate on chakra control in general. Once I feel that I've molded enough chakra, using the knowledge I gained from previous accomplishments, I draw my sword with my dominant (right) hand; I begin channeling my chakra through the blade, increasingly the vibratory frequencies of my energy as I do so. Slowly but surely, as I continuously stream my chakra through the blade, electricity begins to visible crack and trickle up and down the blade. To test my results, I walk over to a tree and perform a one handed horizontal slash, near effortlessly cutting the tree straight across its trunk, severing it from the ground.*

Pro: With this technique, your sword can cut through a majority of solid defenses, like earth or even metal. Additionally, I think one stabbed by a sword imbued with this technique will find themselves paralyzed; Even if the initial wound isn't fatal, one could easily see how that proves advantageous.

Con: You have to have your sword in hand to use this technique continuously - I you release your grip, you can't continuously channel raiton through your blade (I think - Not so sure).

Once high in the air, I focus intently in order to increase the vibrating frequencies of my chakra, take aim at your clone, and generate a discharge of lightning that strikes your clone down where he stands.*

Pro: The fact that it can be performed quickly (with the performance of a single handseal) and is long ranged seems like a nice plus.

Con: The description isn't very detailed, so depending on how you word your reply, your words can be taken advantage of; Doesn't necessarily mean they will be, though. There's also the "forewarning" of an attack; When someone sees you raising your hands to the sky, they'd probably assume something's coming for them, and soon.

*I take out and individually prepare two windmill shuriken, unfolding them prior to properly fastening metal wire through the centre hole of each weapon. Afterwards, I begin to knead the necessary amounts of chakra while envisioning the performance of the technique in my mind. I target your clone, and imagine the proper path for the shuriken to take before impacting your clone. Afterwards, and once I've molded enough chakra, I clear my mind and channel the energy into the shuriken and increase its vibrating frequency to generate the lightning. I thereafter toss the shuriken one after the other (in a complicated way) while maintaining a good, steady flow of chakra through the wire to sustain the jutsu. The shuriken hit your clone, pinning both of his arms against a tree and paralyzing him, all before he dissipates.*

Pro: The paralysis effect from the lightning makes it easy to restrict an opponent's movement if hit, even if the wound isn't fatal.

Con: You might not be able to change the trajectory of the shuriken once in mid flight to accommodate for movement on the part of the enemy, making it relatively easy to avoid if you don't use some tact beforehand (Not sure if you can move them or not in mid-air).

The lightning is released from my hand in the form of a current traveling outward just a few meters away from my body and into your clone. Because of the more than sufficient amount of energy, the sun being at the right angle, and catching it in the right light, the lightning appears to be purple when released Lol*

Though, since light is a visible form of electromagnetic radiation, I could probably change the color to whatever I wanted easily.

Pro: It can be used to knock away oncoming enemies, and its purple

The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
