After molding a sufficient amount, I drastically increase the vibrating rates of my chakra, generating an electric field externally, and altering the nature of my chakra to the lightning element. When the lightning begins visible, I swing my hand out and away from my body, holding my palm out and releasing the lightning in the form of a semi-focused wave of energy that propagates outward and unto your clone.*

*As i watch Superlative's perfect representation, i quickly channel my chakra to my arm as i gather more and more into my palms. I then take a look at the clone left 4 meters away from us, worried on what had just happened to the other clone. As i gather my chakra, i feel my own chakra surround my whole arm, feeling it swirl around me. As i feel if that i have collected enough chakra on my palms, i quickly convert the chakra i have gathered to Raiton Chakra, molding and compressing the chakra, feeling the vibrations on my arm, getting stronger and stronger. As i feel if that i have converted most of my chakra, i quickly release the chakra while waving my hand, releasing a wave of lightning bolts that bolts to your remaining clone, that stuns the clone.

*I begin kneading and channeling my chakra to my right hand, gathering it into my palm, thereafter increasing its vibrating frequency in order to literally generate lightning in the palm of my hand. I proceed by swinging my right hand out and away from my body, towards your clone, intent on releasing the lightning towards him. Because lightning is a fleeting element, up until the moment it leaves my fingertips, I make sure it has enough energy to reach your clone at his current distance without fading away before hand. When I reach the peak of my swing, I release the lightning in the form of a small, but multi-directional wave of lightning aimed generally towards your clone.*

Pro:One of the few strengths of this technique lies in the fact that its description is incredibly broad. Although not very strong, as long as it fits within the few previously set boundaries of the description, this technique can be used in a variety of ways. Other than that, there's also the fact that it can (like most other raiton jutsu) be combined with suiton to form an ideal collaboration.

Con:Short Range. Because of its maximum range being short, the technique can't be used very frequently - Or at least as frequently as other techniques that cover a larger range. Though unlikely, if used for a water/lightning collaboration, depending on the water technique used and because the user would have to be within short range, the user could possibly - unintentionally - electrocute themselves.

*As Superlative shows his presentation, i quickly look at the last clone remaining, 4 meters away from us. I then quickly focus on my chakra as i put my right hands on my left shoulder to make a slashing motion with my arm. I then quickly channel my chakra to my right arm as i gather more and more into my palms. While doing that, i feel the quick breeze of my own chakra surround my arm. As i feel if that i have collected enough chakra, i quickly compress and mold the chakra to create Lightning Affinity. As i do that, i quickly feel my arm vibrating violently on my arms. As i feel if that i have converted the chakra i quickly release my arm out of my left shoulder and making a slashing motion, i quickly release my chakra while using shape manipulation to create a wave of lightning. The wave of lightning then flys to your clone, which slashes your clone. Poof.

Pro:
This Lightning Jutsu can be used as a combo.
One combo i've thinked of is using the Water Whip by throwing it to the Opponent to drag him in short range. As the opponent is in mid-air, you can use Electromagnetic Murder to finish him off.
This Technique doesn't need handseals so it would be faster to do.

Cons:
This Techniques range is the problem. It would only go up to Short range as a lot of people tried to avoid short range because of taijutsu attacks. It's less convincing to go up to short range and doing this jutsu.

*As i hear my Sempai's instructions, i quickly focus on my chakra as i gather more and more chakra into my dominent hand as i put my hands out to the clone waiting 6 meters away from us. As i gather chakra into my right hand, i feel the swirling chakra on my hands as it surrounds my arm and my palms, feeling the cold breeze. As i feel if that i have gathered and collected enough chakra into my hands, i quickly mold and compress the chakra, converting it to Lightning Affinity. As i convert my chakra, i quickly feel a sudent burst of vibration on my palms as it gets stronger and stronger, literaly shaking my whole arm in extent to slap somebody in the face like a muscle spasm. As i feel if that i have converted most of my chakra, i then release the chakra while using shape manipulation to make a ball of lightning. As i feel if that i have completed the ball, i quickly throw the ball, harming your clones, causing it to ppof away.

Pros:
As a ball, this jutsu reminds me alot about Rasengan. Plus it can be used as Short/Mid range. It will be convincing to use this jutsu. Also it can be also used like a rasengan in close range. It can be used with short range combos aswell. You would need to hit the opponent with rasengan. After that, you quickly make ball of electricity that you can hit the rasengan with, combining it with wind and lightning combined, damaging your opponent with Major Injuries.
Cons:
Even though this Jutsu reaches up to Mid-Range, the opponent can easily avoid this jutsu by moving to Long Range. Also it can easily be stopped by C-Rank Lightning Jutsus which there is a lot of them. It is also weak against any Wind Jutsus.

The first few times that I try, I fail, it being my first few times trying to utilize shape manipulation. After getting a feel for what I need to do though, I hold and then launch the completed ball of electricity towards your clone. It hits him dead center, in the middle of his chest.*

Pro:One pro is that this technique is more ranged and makes use of a more focused projectile attack, rather than un-focused waves. Because of this, it can be used more efficiently with a good setup.

Con:The technique isn't very big or "powerful." Because it's lightning and makes a lot of noise, a technique like this can be just as easily spotted as it can be avoided.

*As i finish memorizing what to do, i quickly gather my chakra as i fill myself up with chakra. While doing so, i quickly make a handseal, causing smoke to form besides me. As the smoke clears, a clone stands on my left as it jumps to mid-range. As it does, the clone then speeds up to me, putting his foot first to kick me in the face. As i feel if that i have filled myself with my chakra, i quickly release it, making it surround me. I then mold and compress the chakra, converting it to lightning affinity. While doing that, i feel vibration around my body as it shakes me back and forth just like a earthquake. I then close my eyes as i hear the electricity getting stronger and stronger on my ears. As i feel if that i have converted most of my chakra, i quickly release, causing a cloak of lightning to cover me. As the clone gets closer with his foot to my face, i quickly get my hand which touches my clone's shoe, causing him to electrecuted.

Like an armor, this technique can be used as attack and defense. You can easily touch someone as you see your opponent be covered in lightning which harms them.

Cons:
Even with the Pros, there is still cons. As this is short range, you can't really go anywhere with it instead of short range.

Covering my body like a blanket, the electric field coats my body in such a way that it doesn't me, but augments my offensive and defensive capabilities. With the technique ready, I approach your clone, thrust out my right palm, and drive the hell of my palm into his ches,t thrusting all of the electricity unto him as I do so.*

Pro:Although not very powerful, this technique probably can, to some extent, dampen the amount of damage one would take from an oncoming attack (acting as a means of defense), while also capable of being used offensively.

Con:The technique can only be used once, and from within short range.

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Go over to that hill. Then perform the seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together while running up the hill, doing this while also gather your raiton chakra will cause the stone and rock above you to dislodge and rain down past you, hitting my clone and release a wave of electrical energy.

*As i excitedly run to the hill, i quickly make a flawless backflip as i leap to the lower ground of the hill. As i run, i quickly remember and memorize the right handseals. After that i quickly form the handseals, >> Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together <<. As i do that i quickly focus on my chakra, as i channel it into my Feet and gather more and more chakra. As i reach higher into the hill, i quickly feel chakra cover my feet while molding and compressing the chakra, converting it raiton chakra as i continue to run, reaching a high altitude. As i feel if that i have converted most of my chakra, i quickly channel my chakra out of my feet and into the edge of the hill, while looking down at the clone. As i feel if that i have channeled enough chakra, i quickly jump up while releasing the chakra, causing the rocks on the edge of the hill to fall, causing the clone to be buried in rocks.

Pros:
This Jutsu is pretty awesome while you can do ALOT of combos after this. This Jutsu can trap an opponent for a while then release Kirin,destroying the hill and the opponent itself, having no chance to escape or even think of what to do. Also this Mid-Short range attack, convincing to use.

Cons:
This can't be used if there isn't a high ledge like a Hill, Valley, Mountain etc so this Jutsu can be ignored aswell. Majority of people usually prefer a flat ground without having to step on a rock which damages your leg.

*I listen to your instructions along with watching and memorizing the sequence of handseals. As instructed, I focus chakra to the soles of my feet and run up the hillside you pointed to earlier. While running, I perform the necessary handseasl - Snake → Upside down Tiger - and clap my hands together, releasing a wave of electricity into the earth as I run along, loosening the disrupting the infrastructure of the earth, sub-sequentially causing boulders to rain down behind me and down to the foot of the hill. The boulders rain down at your clone, who happened to be precariously placed in the perfect spot.*

Pro: If I ever do a snatch and run, no one will ever be able to follow me up a hill.

Con:This technique is location based, and can only be used under the correct circumstances - It's not versatile, and can rarely be used.

*As i hear my sempai's intructions, i quickly leap out of the hill, giving me a chance to have fun while going down a 30 feet hill. As i reach the ground, i quickly leap near the training grounds where a clone lies 5 meters away from us. As i do that, i quickly place my dominent hand infront of me, aimed at the clone like i have sword. I then quickly focus on my chakra as i channel it through my veins and into my palms. I then feel chakra surround my arm and into my palms as it swirls freely around my body. As i feel if that i have collected enough chakra, i quickly compress and mold the chakra, converting it to Lightning Affinity. As i do that, i quickly feel my arm, starting to vibrate infront of me, and hearing the crackling sound inside of me. As i converted most of my chakra, i quickly release it, causing yellow lightning to come out of my hand, which spreads into lightning bolts. I then quickly use shape manipulation, making the lightning bolts look like Horns. The lightning bolts then hit the clone, cuasing it to poof. away.

Pros:
As this is a spreaded out attack, you can easily attack one or more opponents. Also this attack reaches to Short-Mid range, convincing to use as my opponent previously used it against me, though i used a D-Rank Wind jutsu that destroys both our jutsus.

Cons:
This jutsu isn't really big and might only shock the opponent.

I channel the chakra through my arm, and release it through my skin in the form of raging lightning - The color slowly shift over to a pale yellow as I adjust the level of chakra to match what would be necessary. Before anything else, I coat the lightnign with a layer of regular chakra and manipulate that in order to shape the lightning to match the desired form - A horn. Afterwards, I release the lightning in the form of a projectile that flies towards your clones; Just before leaving my arm, I split the lightning up evenly into two parts in order to create two incoming attacks, both spreading outwards to hit each clone.*

Pro:This technique can be used to attack multiple targets, which in a lot of cases can be considered a plus.

Con:The more time you split it up, the weaker the attack (?)

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.

Channel your raiton chakra into your sword, doing this will increase it's cutting. Then levitate your sword into the air, and focus your ration chakra to multiply the sword making two physical copies that you will manipulate to spin. Control these swords to fly towards my clone.

*As i get way too excited to use my sword, i quickly take the covers out of my sword and unsheath it, seeing the nice blue designs on it. I then look at the blade, seeing rottened blood on it. Death then looks terrified as he says this to himself "I gotta wash this sword >_>". As i do that, i quickly channel chakra into my sword as i full up the sword itself and my arm. By knowing this needs a bulk of chakra, i quickly gather more and more as i compress and convert the chakra, turning it to Lightning Affinity. I then look at the clone 5-6 meters away from us. As i focus, i then feel a slight movement on my right arm and the sword, vibrating violently. I then hear the thunder roaring like it was on my ear. I then quickly release the chakra, making my sword be cloaked with lightning. As i do that, i quickly concentrate, using my chakra to spit some lightning out of the sword. While do that, i quickly use shape manipulation to form 2 swords besides me. As the two copies of the sword are complete, i qucikly make the two spin violently as i release it to the clone 5-6 meters away from us, flawlessly murddering you clone.

Pros: Not only does it enhance you blade, it also make 2 or more copies of the sword. It can be a suprise attack to stab the opponent on the back, or simply using it to cut the opponent in half. This is a VERY convincing jutsu to use.

Cons: It isn't really that big like some Lightning jutsus that can destroy an area.

*Upon your instructions, I remove a scroll from within my clothing and summon a basic katana for this practice. I take on a stance resembling the Chudan no kamae, except that I'm holding the sword with only my right hand. Afterwards, I begin practicing 'chakra flow' by reinforcing the blade with my ordinary chakra, to get a feel of how it should be done when I use lightning, which takes no more than a few minutes. I thereafter increase the vibratory rates of my chakra and channel it through the blade, reinforcing its strength and endowing it with some of the more unique qualities of the lightning element. While it's still in my hands, I memorize it's shape and dimensions, afterwards having it levitate in the air using chakra. Using the previous mental image I built on the sword (based on weight, length, etc) I create two exact replicas of the blade out of lightning. To finish, I manipulate the swords to spin on command, and fly through the air, aimed specifically at your clone.*

Pro:The multiple swords can be considered a plus in several situations, like for example, when dealing with multiple clones.

Con: I'm not sure this has a "weakness" per-say, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't possess the destructive qualities you'd expect to see in lightning (possibly the element with the most raw, destructive power). It lacks impact, but that shouldn't always be considered a flaw.
