*Richter gathers lightning chakra in his hand and releases 3 small bolts into the air that quickly disperse.*
Pros: Since this technique is released from the users hand, that might give the user a since of "control"
Cons: The enemy can easily overpower this technique. And it's not a very practical form of offense outside of combos.
Ways to counter: If high rank suiton jutsu intercepts this technique, it can use it's natural weakness as a weapon in itself; basically, Raiton infused Suiton attacks. (if the Suiton attack is a projectile that is...)
Possible purposes in battle: This technique would probably be used to strengthen Suiton-based combos.

Good good, the next technique is not any harder, concentrate on your chakra channeling raiton chakra towards both of your hands, whereafter you slam both of your palms onto the ground and release the lightning from your hands into the Earth, where it move across the ground and shocks your opponent

Richter hears his senpai's instruction and begins to build raiton chakra in his core as a dispenser and channels it down his arms. Upon the chakra reaching his fingertips, Richter slams his hands on the ground, palms down, and releases a surge of lightning from his hands that moves across the ground until colliding with a tree, destroying it.

*Richter builds up his raiton chakra all through his body and channels it all outside his body - then uses shape manipulation to cause it to form around every inch of his body. After that: he runs towards a tree and rams it with his shoulder, and breaks it because of the electric field*

Now for the next I want you to perform a similar procedure, concentrate on your Raiton chakra and channel it outwards from your body, however do not make it coat your body, rather form a shield which protects you from front-facing attacks. When the shield comes into contact with an object, it will trigger an explosion dealing damage

*Richter builds up his raiton chakra all through his body and channels it all outside his body, and then uses shape manipulation to force the chakra to take the form of a shield. Afterwards, richter makes a clone and tells it to run into the shield, causing an explosion; resulting in the clone dispersing into a puff of white smoke.*
