as soon as this starts to exit my mouth (when its nearly all out) i draw out my raiton chakra focusing on it while i do shown handseals (at this time the water tech already left my mouth) then i use the concentrated raiton chakra that i accumulated and force it out into that water technique which makes it raiton charged sticky syrup*

For the next gather rai chakra in your dominant palm, slam it onto the ground releasing the chakra, creating a bolt of lightning which runs across the ground. As it reaches it's destination make it split up into several tendrils to shock more than one target. >_<

*I focus my raiton chakra into my dominant right hand and compress it there, when there is enough chakra i slam my right hand on the ground releasing lightning through the ground forcing it to coninue onwards through the field and when it reach it's destination i make it split and go several ways to attack multiple enemies *

*I draw ou my my raiton chakra and move it into my right hand where I compress it, when there is enough of the chakra I slam my right hand on the ground releasing the stored lightning through the ground forcing it to coninue onwards till it reaches it's destination when it gets there instead of focusing on one place i concentrate on the lightning in there and split it into several branches manipulating them carefully to keep their power and to attack precisely on several places of my choice*

*I raise my left hand and touch your clone with the other one while using my raiton chakra to draw more lightning (with my left hand) from from the stormy weather you created, when i feel the connection and lightning starts flowing into me i focus on it a redirect it into my left hand creating violent surge that exits my hand and enters your clone*

The next jutsu is from a game but anyways, by using water style you create a field of water underneath your opponent, and then you simply insert lightning into the water shocking your opponent, lol.

and then as the water appear i start drawing out my raiton chakra for a moment untill i have enough of it for attack and then i release it from my body while keeping focus on it, force all of it into water wher it spreads due to its conductivity and shock whoever steps into it*

Yeah it is, it doesn't explain much, but simply create a small water field from the ground underneath the opponent and insert lightning to it. That's cool.

btw how fast does that lightning move into that water? i mean if some1 is already standing on a water i could just skip the water creating and electrocute him
