How can you possibly use it to counter other techniques....

Not jutsu.. The user. I did say users, right? If they're far away and prefer to stay at that distance, then I could throw the shuriken at them. Granted, I could do this with regular shuriken, but they're easier to counter.

• - Breaks out of B Rank Genjutsu and lower (I did read all of that stuff after the shadow clone rules c: )
• - Channels through conductors of electricity like metal and earth

Weak points

• - May be easy to sense due to the large amounts of chakra being released

Combinations-strategies

Using this jutsu against Doton users or someone with a sword could prove to be quite effective

Ways to counter:

There aren't really too many, other than perhaps a jutsu to block yourself. (Which I can only see happening with Futon)

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Now, you start be performing a small sequence of hand seal and then stomp the earth and then release your focused chakra outwards and nature manipulate it into lightning, you then direct it towards your enemy while shape manipulating it into a triangle, its tip is pointed towards the enemy as it charges towards them .

I could use this jutsu, and if they attempted to run or evade into the air, I could follow up with something like Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu to counter their evasion.

May be easy to dodge if you used a jutsu to push yourself upward

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.


One of the very variation of Chidori, Now what you basically do is once you have created a chidori in your hand you go on to release it outwards while shape manipulating it into senbons, it is faster then normal chidori and takes on its damage dealing properties..

I could use this jutsu to possibly cripple an opponent for a short period of time (by hitting their kneecaps) and follow up with a devastating jutsu to deal even more damage.

Ways to counter:

If you were fast enough, you would most likely be able to blow the senbon away with Futon before they reached you.

Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand and compressing it into a ball of energy and then releases it at once, causing a huge explotion.

Simple enough to understand, you create a focused ball of energy and then release it to cause a huge explosion, keep in mind to stay away from its vicinity and I have also read Adachi sensei giving a suggestion that we can use this technique to suppress other sounds on the field and thus it can be used for stealth based moves...or in a situation where you can distract you opponent using it while attacking from some other side or angel.

I could use this along with some kind of genjutsu or paralysis jutsu to trap them before setting this explosion off, so that they cannot escape it.

Running out of the vicinity or shielding yourself with a Futon jutsu

(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

Range: Short – Mid

Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of lightning release: four pillar bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Well you know about its parent jutsu and it is nothing but an upgraded form of it, instead of four pillars you create 16 pillars this time around, it can also be used as a combo as mentioned in the description.

Using the jutsu to trap my opponent, I could do a various amount of follow-up jutsu, including the combination mentioned above.

Ways to counter:

Not many I can think of, other than perhaps throwing projectiles at the opponent using the jutsu to stop them.

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear
Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

One more variation of chidori, this time around you extend the concentrated lightning in your hand outward in form of a spear, it has a good enough range and can be split into multiple blades to effect multiple opponents, it also numbs upon contact, if I am right, it was used by sasuke against orochimaru.

• - Can split inside of the enemy

Weak points

• - May not be entirely effective in close range combat

Combinations-strategies

Using a jutsu to paralyze the opponent, I could use this jutsu as a follow-up attack while keeping a good distance away, just in case.

Ways to counter:

Perhaps Futon would break the spear, but as we saw it's very quick to pierce what it's pointing at, so you may have to have sensory skills to even see it coming.
