I gather chakra throughout my body. I channel my chakra and send it to my left palm. I focus on my chakra gathering to get enough force. I raise the frequency and start to form lightning. I make sure I have gathered enough chakra and slam my left hand on the ground.aiming at the clone.
Advantage: it is a good way to stun and unbalance an opponent.

Disadvantage: since you need to slam your hand on the ground the reaction is that your opponent has much more time to react.

As your clone comes at me I wait for any signs of attack to raise my chakra frequency. As you go for a left jab I raise my chakra frequency and form lightning just as you try to land a blow.

As you go for a right kick I raise my chakra frequency and form lightning just as you try to land a blow,Knocking back your clone.
