I begin gathering my chakra into my right hand, i concentrate and move the Raiton Chakra into my palm, i see that your clone i on his knees, like a slave, so i whip his ass to kingdom come, the clone disperses.
- - As it is a whip in general, it will hurt, mah man, it hurts... And it can be used to scare the opponent, although in our RP "Scared" and "Pain" mean nothing as we all are somehow perfect Shinobi... -
- - The hand that is using the jutsu cannot use another jutsu, nor can you perform any handseals -

Well, in our RP, we don't want to make our characters mess up right? So for example...
*User A uses Genjutsu that blocks the Orifice using flies (actual CJ btw)*
*User B uses a jutsu to get him out of the Genjutsu, making his bio ignore the Genjutsu, which is impossible*
Ofcourse, if someone owns a Naruto Uzumaki bio, they have to "mess up"... And let's move on and get to A-Ranks xd

How can you get out of a genjutsu and then ignore it at the same time?
And no rush to A ranks, we must first cover all the basics.
But yea, for perfect shinobi you mean that in our rp no one has any fear or whatever, not like the ninjas from the show or people in real life.

I meant, if you were inside an illusion with flies flying in your throat, would you be able to (example) use Nagashi? No, but since we all are "Perfect Shinobi" then the flies wouldn't be a hindrance, therefore you would be able to use Nagashi to get out of the Genjutsu... Moving on U_U
I'd rather not bring up genjutsu into this. It is the responsibility of your gen sensei (or if you don't it will be) to teach you stuff like that.
Now then, next jutsu.
Simply concentrate on your raiton chakra and then place it all into whichever hand is dominant until it radiates and forms a stream of lighting attached to a bolt of lightning.
Concentrate your raiton chakra into your mouth. When you have sufficient amount I want you to form it into a multiple smaller spears and attack my clones.

I concentrate my raiton chakra in my right hand, and expel it constantly from my palm, i use Shape Manipulation to make a Wolf from the chakra expelled, the wolf is tied to a bolt of lightning on my right palm, the Wolf ties around three of the created clones, they get shocked and disperse.
I concentrate my Raiton chakra in my throat, i channell it into mah mouth as my cheeks beging glowing blue, i shoot out a large lightning spear from my mouth, it splits into multiple smaller ones that attack your clones, they get pierced, and disperse.
- - The lightning beast can tie opponents up with the bolt/leash of lightning, and shock them aswell
It's a spear, shot from your mouth, basic enough -
- - Can't perform handseals with the hand "holding" the "leash"

- - Well, i only see using Hurricane Fist or making a few Kage Bunshin to be a counter...
As with the spear, if freefrom i would just sidestep, while if it wasn't freeform, i guess and equally-fast wind jutsu, or just use the exact same jutsu -

It's fairly large, there is a picture of it above. Also it can reach all the way up to long range so yea it's pretty long *depends on how big your opponent makes it er how long I should say.*
Create a shadow of yourself and infuse it with lightning chakra. When you have done that I want you to use a B rank or below lightning combo using the jutsus that we've learned on my clone.

A very useful jutsu, Kenjutsu is very powerful, and i wish to learn it soon ^^ -

Not many disadvantages, but i might be careful to be very detailed while using this, as if i state in a Fight that i sheathed it but didn't state where i cancelled it, the opponent can use this to his advantage -

Well, i guess an S-Rank Kenjutsu, or an A-Rank... Thingy.... -
I focuse the shitty part of my Raiton chakra, and exert it infront of me and use shale manipulation to turn it into a humanoid handsome being, i order him to charge at your clone, my clone pulls out an scalpel and charges Raiton Chakra throughout it, and cuts that clones arm, then he keeps running and he stops, looks back, and shoots a long-range spear of lightning, the spear of lightning goes through your clones heart, both clones disperse.
I focuse and channell Raiton chakra into my Kusanagi no Tsurugi, then i see your clone charge at me with a normal katana, i charge at him aswell and put my sword near my right knee, holding it as if i wasn't holding a sword, as i nearly clash swords woth the clone, i activate my sharingan to see where it's going to strike, as i see that its going to strike directly at my neck, i clash swords with it, i quickly and swiftly pull out my sword from near my knee unto his sword, i cut staright through his Katana, and instead of cutting the clone, i lean go the right with my upper body, as the clone is focused on my upper body, he doesn't notice that my left foor is 5cm away from his right ear, i kick the clone with an almighty roundhouse kick, sending the clone flying unto a metal wall, where it collides with it, making it disperse (I LOVE TAIJUTSU!!)

I have to say it's pointless and has a disadvantage of: Why would you even use it?
It has the same restrictions as a normal Kage Bunshin, correct?

- - 1. i used this before, but without officially learning it, it was useless, and i was fighting against CP, and he still blocked it :|
Seems epic, don't see it used much, but i think it fits in a fight for fun -

Well, it takes time to take out and unfold a Fuma Shuriken, and it can be blocked with another Fuma Shuriken -
- - Plasma Ball i think can block this, and it is next ^^
Another Fuma Shuriken can deflect this, it is still a tool afterall -

I concentrate my Raiton chakra, and channell it into both my hands, as i see you form the clone, i Concentrate and release a wave of Purplish Lightning frok my hands, it shocks the clone, and makes it disperse.
I focuse my Raiton chakra, and channell it into my hands, i slowly exert it while condensing it into an orb of lightning, i simply release it, it floats into the air, as i watch closely, squinting my eyes, the Orb begins glowing brighter for half a second, and begins shooting Lightning bolts that rain down on your clone, piercing it many times, and making it disperse.
- - Not many attacks in Raiton are Short ranged (Well, not the higher ranks), so i think it can adapt to many situations, such as Freefalling from a plane at 20,000 m per hour.
I think i saw this in a movie before, so i completely understand it -
- - The range can be an advantage and a disadvantage most of the time, but it's more of a contra...
It takes some time to work, the orb could be difused in the meantime -
- - I would honestly try to use a C rank wind and out of the techniques range before i'm fried
The orb could be blown away with a C-Rank wind (Such as Daitoppa/Great Wind Breakthrough) before it begins shooting -
