Well, if there were two blades that would shock me and cut me if they get near, i would try to dodge or block them in anyway i can, i can stop them with a wind jutsu, but the opponent can get a great blazing ball and i'm finished unless i use an even more chakra wasting and large-scale water jutsu, giving my opponent an advantage once again as he can use a Raiton jutsu and thats it for me as he can use all the jutsu he likes while i'm drowning and being shocked at the same time, like water prison, and afterwards uses Chidori Nagashi to KO Me, because it would be a killing blow.

Well I suppose you can use it to set up a few combos you have. However there is no secrecy with this jutsu and it can be seen right through. I mean just relax, it's only a few C rank swords levitating lol.
Next Jutsu.
I want you to gather your chakra and focus it on whichever hand of yours is the dominate until you generate electrical bolts. I then want you to jump up into the air and slam it hard when you comedown and release a lightning surge that rippels through the ground and harms my clone.

As with all jutsu, i begin by channeling my Raiton chakra into my stomache, as i concentrate and focuse, i channel it into my right hand, which is my dominant hand, i jump at the clone, then i come down with the chakra visible in my hand. I slam it onto the ground with my right hand, as i do this near the clone, lighting chakra explodes from my hand and bolts of lightning spray everwhere in a 5m radius, the clone gets hit and shocked, and eventually disperses.

- - While in the air and after jumping down, you have many openings -

I channel my Raiton chakra into my arms as i see the Clone come at me for a Taijutsu fight, i raise my hands out infront of me, as i focuse my raiton chakra, i channel it into my arms, i expel it and a wall of lightning slowly appears, as the clone advances, it gets shocked, and disperses.

- - Gives near-enough time to use Water Dragon Bullet/Missile, and if the Water Dragon goes through the wall, it will be conducting the electricity, boosting its damage -
- - Stops you from engaging the opponent in a taijutsu fight aswell, and if the opponent uses a water jutsu, it will get charged with lightning and boosts its damage, this jutsu acts as a double edged sword -

I wouldn't do that if I were you (a water attack combo with this I mean). The wall of lightning is rather close (short range and in front of you) and I would wager that using a water jutsu of that scale near you while this wall is conducted would be to risky. There is a B rank jutsu which is a much better fit to what you're trying to do, so bare with me until then. Setting that aside, I think it's really swell that you're thinking of water and lightning combos because they go so beautifully together despite the fact that they are a double edge sword, so be careful not to be in contact when you combine them.

Ok now that we're getting into the higher levels of the element, i'd like for you to give me the defense and counter to a jutsu from here on out! Post it between the disadvantage and the description.

Please, I forgot to mention that this wont cut it on the higher ranks. More detail on the Adv,Dis, and Def. Also do remember that Lightning > Earth, so why would u even build a dome around your opponent? It will do nothing if he sends his essence into the sky and you have no way of knowing weather or not he is even thinking of doing this jutsu before the sending of the essence. So your attempts will be futile.

I begin as with all Jutsu, first concentrating my chakra at my Stomache/Abdomen, and as i focuse my chakra into my hands, i raise my hands up (Similiar to Goku and Spirit Bomb) and my chakra and Raiton essence go up high into the sky, and into the clouds, i concentrate on my chakra and essence, and make bolts of lightning rain from the sky on the Clone, the rain of bolts slowly focuses on the clone the more i focuse my chakra, and eventually the rain of bolts is focused heavily on 5m around the clone, as the clone is penetrated and cut with the rain of bolts, it gets heavily injured, shocked and disperses immediatly.

- - Can uccopy the target with the bolts raining down from above, and since it strikes above, it has an array of olaces to hit as the technique can cover a large area of land depending on the user (Well, i believe) -
- - The bolts aren't raining down by themselves, the user must direct the bolts and focuse that they don't hit any place near him especially if he is near a water source as the shock might electricute the user if he is not careful -
- - If the opponent was well-prepared and blew away the clouds using a long-range Wind jutsu, the technique cannot be used, and if a Doton or any other fast jutsu is used the same time this Raiton jutsu is used, it would distract the user making him fire the bolts at random places or even cancel it completely -

That's much better. That is also an interesting defense you got there with this jutsu. I mean you're blowing away the clouds and using the elemental weakness of lightning to counter it at the same time, very nice thinking you got there.
But meh, i'd never suggest for you to go underground against this jutsu, it's rather risky considering the fact that lightning is earths biggest weakness and it could cause a cave in of sorts if you're not deep enough inside the ground (and I don't believe you'll get deep enough if you're using it to quickly escape the ground). So yea stay away from the ground lol.

I channel my chakra into my arms, and into my hands while i perform Ram โ Boar โ Dog โ Bird โ Hare, i raise my right hand infront of me (similiar to Byakuya using Four-Pillar Bind spell), and u summon four lightning pillars from the skies that fall around your clone, then i concentrate my Raiton chakra into the pillars, i make Lightning Bolts shoot out from the pillars and they penetrate and shock the clone, the clone disperses.
- - Will force the target into a tough bind, and you can shock the opponent just as the pillars form to prevent them from usong any jutsu, and can be used with a Suiton jutsu to douse the opponent in water, where the damage inflicted by touching the pillars and the lightning shot from them will double -
- - None clear -
- - As this jutsu uses handseals, a Uchiha with a 3 Tomoe Sharingan can see the jutsu before it works and therefore can hide in the ground where the user will not be able to detect him, and afterwards can use a sneak attack such as Chidori from the back after reaurfacing -

Well the major disadvantage to this jutsu is the rather large amounts of handseal that needs performing, but keep in mind some people do have lightning as their specialty and can perform this jutsu with one hand seal. It's also rather slow due to the fact that you have to wait for the 4 pillars to completely emerge before the lightning can take effect, which means in theory if one is fast enough one can hurricane fist themselves out before the complete emergence of the pillars and lightning.
