Hello Yonkou Pandaman. As you know, i'll be teaching you the art of lightning, but before we begin, i'd like to ask you to answer few rather simple questions.
1.What can you tell me about ration (general description, it's strengths and weakness etc etc)? And no copying from Narutowikia please.
2.How do you feel about lightning in general (do you love it, hate it etc, etc) and how do you plan on using it?

- Raiton is basically, Electricity, Lightning. It is one of the five basic/natural element, like all the elements, it is made from chakra, and can be controlled with Chakra, as all -Living or not- things in NV have Chakra, so do Plants, And so does Lightning, Raiton is more of an Offensive element, one of it's most notable and powerful Jutsu are Kirin, and one of its fastest jutsu being Chidori, There currently are no lowest Jutsu as lightning has the highest speed of the basic five natural elements, it can be produced from the users Chakra, and has a numbing effects even if not a direct hit, it's weakness is isulators, such as Wind, or Rubber, and many more elements that can isulate Lightning, its strength is piercing, and so on can cut through most earth jutsu lower or same rank as the Raiton jutsu being used, like all elements, it can be manipulated freely.
- Well, my two most favored elements are Raiton and Katon, Raiton is great for shocking and cutting, while Katon is great for destroying and burning.

- Elemental Combinations: Katon and Raiton are neutral elements, but Raiton would get to the target faster... So...
Suiton Water and Lightning work best together, the electricity can be channeled through water, boosting the damage and making the opponent go numb, if a very large-scale Water jutsu is being used, and if i would go numb while already trying to swim my way out, i would stop breathing and drown, Water Dragon is a rather large-scale jutsu, channeling Electricity through such a technique would be very deadly and destructive
- Chakra: Chakra is the Physical and Mental/Spiritual energy of a human, or plant, or animal, or anything that would be encountered in a forest, it can be controlled using Hand seals, or more methods such as scrolls and seals. (Sorry, but chakra would need a 7 line explanation @_@)
- Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu is techniques used and created by Shinobi, it is manipulating chakra into whatever the user wishes, there are many Ninjutsu formed by channeling and exerting chakra throu-out the body, Chakra moves through the Tenketsu, therefore it isn't instantaneus, but needs handseals to control and use Ninjutsu
Alright, good replies, but let me fill in the missing spaces.
1.Good for noticing one of the most deadly elemental combos in water and lightning, if used correctly (like with all things really) then it's a score. However as you noted, do keep your awareness intact for it could be a double edge sword that not only can numb you, but harm you physically as well.
So in essence, if you're going to use a lightning water combo then make sure that your not in contact with lightning and water at the same time, use it with care.
2.Nice and simple, but rather short lol. Do note that chakra is the key to ninjutsu (elemental or otherwise), and genjutsu, it's the key to them which means you should guard your chakra levels well. One fine example I personally always like to use is the oil and the car lol. What happens when the gas runs on your car? That's right, it slows down and then stops, kinda similar to the ninja if he runs out of chakra then they cannot perform any of the jutsus and die (like in the case with Nagato on the manga when he expelled to much chakra with rinne tensei and died), chakra is essential to life basically. What you're doing right now in this training and when ever you battle really is that you are molding your chakra and expelling it in a said form, in your case being lightning.
3. There are two forms of ninjutsu in our role play and they are the elemental (which you are learning now), and non elemental ninjutsu. Though some elemental ninjutsu such as lightning do require one or more handseal to perform that is true yes, but there are other jutsus within lightning that you do not require handseals to perform. You must also know that in your bio you are allowed to have one element as your main special affinity, meaning if a said affinity jutsus require you to perform more than one handseal then you are allowed to cut that short and are only required to perform a single handseal. Also, you're allowed to have a secondary elemental affinity were you can perform the handseals faster in that secondary affinity.

Alright, before we begin with the actual training and all, id like to get back on the fire + lightning combo that you've stated from earlier and to give out a few pointers. First things first, the smart order of operation to a successful combo of lightning and fire is if you use fire first and then lightning. Use the flames as a distraction for your opponent, your opponent will most likely use water to counter the fire and then use your ace lightning as (depending on the lightning used) it would go through the flames and hit your opponent while he/she is using water, which means your lightning has the added damage effect because of their water. All of this is possible for the most part because lightning (again depending on the jutsu) can go through the flames and it's also faster than the fire.
Now any questions before we actually begin lol?

I begin by simply channeling my Raiton chakra into my Stomache, focusing it, i channel it once again into my arms, after putting my hands up (Similiar to Goku and Spirit Bomb) I exert the Raiton chakra and use Shape Manipulation to turn it into two bolts, one in each hand, i grab the bolts shouting "I AM THE ALMIGHTY ZEUS!!!" And throw the bolts at the clone, after the bolts are lodged in the clone, it gets shocked due to my powerful words, and goes numb, afterwards the clone Disperses.
Can i make shuriken or anything else with this? And how many bolts do i make per jutsu use?
- A low-ranked jutsu, therefore has low Chakra cost, yet has 20 points of damage, being a Lightning jutsu, it is very fast and sharp.
- Detailed creations aren't possible with this jutsu, only bolts of lightning.

Nah, just bolts, but I suppose you could use it to enhance your shirkuens or kunais with an electrical charge to them. And it doesn't say exactly how much, but it's more than a few atleast sense it says bolts, however do keep in mind that they are weak and are merely D ranks, so use it with care.
And I wouldn't suggest grabbing on to it or only making 2 lol, just release it in the direction of your opponent with a sound combo in mind.

As with any Raiton jutsu, i gather my Chakra into my stomache, and channel it into my right hand, using my super-efficient Taijutsu skillz, i thrust my hand into the ground, stupidly because it would shock me aswell in RL, and the surge of half-pure electricity rushes through the ground, and climbs up the clone shocking it, and before the clone disperses, the surge stops, and the clone falls and disperses.
- Being a small AoE move, it is always useful.
- The short-range isn't exactly the best trait of this Jutsu.
As with any Raiton jutsu, i gather my Chakra into my stomache, and channel it into my right hand, using my super-efficient Taijutsu skillz, i thrust my hand into the ground, stupidly because it would shock me aswell in RL, and the surge of half-pure electricity rushes through the ground, and climbs up the clone shocking it, and before the clone disperses, the surge stops, and the clone falls and disperses.

While my clone is running up towards your short range, concentrate your lightning chakra thoroughly and then when it's ready, release it into a electric shield and time it with my clone apparent short range attack.

As the clone is still in mid-range of me, i take advantage of the time i have to throw several kunai with explosive tags strapped to them, they explode and make small holes everywhere, halting the clones movements, i throw kunai all around the filed, an then use the remaining shuriken in my pouch to cover the whole short-ranged field, acting as caltrops, as the clone cannot advance, i focuse my Raiton chakra in my Stomache, and i expand it thouroughly into everybody part, the clone gets past the traps, as it is 3m away from me, i realese the Raiton chakra focused into me shocking the clone as it was so close, and it disperses immediatly afterwards.
- Prevents Taijutsu use, which would be usually very deadly.
- I can't think of a downside really, it's perfect for alot of Taijutsu!

Well yes it is useful against a lot of taijutsu, however don't get to cocky with it, it's only D rank and can be countered by anyone with the right skills and brain (like with all techs).And remember, it's only short range
Btw, lightning surge(post number 17) is linear and doesn't have Area of effect. My apologies, should have caught that mistake before.
