okay first of i was made to meditate and picture lighting chakra flowwing threw my body then concentrate it to my palm then i was too try and do so on a pillar and succeeded in making it crumble, next i was to concentrate raiton chakra in my hands and to slam the down and release the raiton chakra threw the ground and use shape manipulation to guide towards mugen's clone

Now,let me give you a nice combo.You will be able to adapt this convo to your nara bio and make this convo even more effective.

Look,its human nature to look at moving objects.I am not sure if you knew this already but i will tell you that anyway.Now,if you throw a flash bomb really fast and directly above you,the opponent will look at the flash bomb by instict.Thats your chance.Go and attack with this lightning jutsu from the ground while he is looking up and blinded.

For the nara adaptation,you can throw the flashbomb up and behind you,will have the same effect but the light will make your own shadow grow much bigger,making your shadow technique much powerful and faster.
