*i focus my raiton chakra in both my hands and by using chakra manipulation i make the blade conduct the raiton chakra then i release it, the sword become electrifyed*
Well now the blade has the regular blade properties plus the electricity properties on it, it can penetrate faster in the ground and rocks, it can cut rocks in halves easier than before..

Well, kind of, that would depend on where you strike it.
Also, don't forget the numbing and paralysis effects the sword would have.

well i have more control on the dominant hand it's much stronger and faster than the other i can use the other hand but the dominant do every thing better

Then, proceed to jump into the air and slam that hand into the Earth. Describe what you think would happen when all that Lightning is discharge around you.

*gather my raiton chakra in my right hand and jump swiftly at a not destroyed place then at the moment i punch the ground i release the gathered chakra. The lightning breaks the ground by it's elemental nature and turning it to debris*

Good.
Once again, charge Lightning chakra into your hands, releasing it in front of you so that you create a wall of Lightning. Make sure you state how large it is.
Explain what this might be able to defend against.

It will defend me from doton jutsus up to B-Rank coming from front only since it's not like a circle around me
