i want to learn raiton because raiton is stronger than doton which is one of weaknesses
and i always loved to see the lightning in the stormy nights
and i plan to use it in the rp to defend myself against the doton attacks and i already taught of many combos using water jutsus and raiton

Okay, let's go over what you said.
- Lightning is able to break through earth jutsus due to its nature, you are correct. It is a wild and violent element and is powerful and often times, instantaneous. However, what is it weak against and why?

- it's weak against wind because wind is electricity isolator ( or that's what they taught us in the ninja academy )
- no rain here
- because water is good electricity conductor but the user have to be careful that the water isn't touching him ( so he wouldn't be shocked )

You are correct, Lightning is weak against Wind as it easily scatters Lightning.
And Lightning and Water definitely work well together due to that factor.

Kind of. Earth chakra would actually be more solid, thus, allowing you to "mold" it in comparison to Lightning, which is pretty wild and unstable.
Now that you have learned the basics of Raiton chakra, put your hand into the water and focus your chakra into your hand to send small statics of electricity throughout the water. Remember the experience I dealt you before. Create small bolts.

*i grab my arm upwards while the lightning is dancing around it, aiming at your clone's heart, then i use chakra manipulation to make it jump from my hand to your clone then i release it, a lightning bolt jumped swiftly from my hands towards your clone and it hit it making it disappear*
