Four pillar bind:
a) This technique isn't weak against "all" wind techniques, please refrain on saying this. This technique is weak against C-rank and above wind techniques (D-rank would be too weak).
b) This technique is actually pretty quick to perform, it takes around 2-3 seconds to raise completely and shock your opponent after finishing the last handseal.
c) The shadow clone would take too much time. Many new RPers nowadays tend to interrumpt an entire move when they see something tight coming, which is a shame. I advice you to use some kind of decoy attack then use this to entrap him.
d) Using Earth S-rank and above can help, but that is not really the way to go, as you would still be suceptible to the shock. I advice you to destroy one of the four pillars in order to stop this jutsu. If you destroy one pillar, the entire jutsu and shock will stop.
Waves of Inspiration:
a) The main possible use is to use this in with water in order to increase the strength of the jutsu.
b) Water will become electrically charged, thus depending on the jutsu being used by defend, it will have different outcomes. For example, if I use B-ranked water jet and and someone uses B-ranked Earth Wall to defend against it, then I use B-ranked Waves of Inspiration before it impacts, the electric essence will help the water go through it, as B-rank Lightning > B-rank Earth. It highly depends on imagination and experience.

How to Perform It: Channel you lightning chakra into both of your hands then you slam them on the ground which releases the focused lightning chakra which sends an electric current through the ground which will electrocute the opponent if they don't dodge. Possible Uses: This technique is best used against Earth users because Lightning tears through the earth. Wood users since the lightning will tear through the wood. And Steel users since the steel would conduct the electricity and electrocute the opponent. Limitations: This technique is weak to Wind techniques either C or B rank and above wind techniques since anything less would be to weak to stop the lightning. Combos: Use a water jutsu that will cover the field and then preform this jutsu and then use any jutsu that will propel you up and prevent you from shocking your self How to defend against it: A good way to defend against this technique is to use a wind technique C or B rank and above or use a technique that will launch you up from the ground so you can avoid being shocked
Flying thunder god How to Perform It: Raise your hands to the sky and Focus on the lightning chakra and energy in the clouds and focus it until it forms into many bolts and then bring your hand down and release a barrage of Lightning bolts and strikes. Possible Uses: This technique is best used against Earth users because Lightning tears through the earth. Wood users since the lightning will tear through the wood. And Steel users since the steel would conduct the electricity and electrocute the opponent. Also make sure you make it strike the right spot or you will be in for a pretty big shock..... Combos: First you can bind the opponent using either the Water prison jutsu or an earth jutsu that will bind the opponent and then use this technique.
