Combinations-strategies
Since the technique can be combod with mostly any water technique, the amount of combos are endless. Dousing my opponent with any water jutsu, then quickly sending this technique would inflict extra damage. A quick water jutsu would be the ideal jutsu to use however before performing this one. A water technique strong enough to carve the earth and temporarily trap my opponent would give the perfect opportunity for this attack. I could always open up with a quick jutsu of a different element aimed at my opponents torso then quickly follow up with a water technique and this technique, meaning my opponent would have to be extra fast to counter all three.

Ways to counter this technique
If my opponent choses to use this technique in conjunction with a water technique that comes at me as a wave,I would have to take many factors into perspective, such as weaknesses to water and lightning, size, and speed of the technique; which could be quite difficult to counter if the target isn’t that advanced in his basic 5 training. First we would need something to defend us against a water technique. If the water is coming at me in the form of a wave, using an earth technique that summons a wall in front of me or creates some type of defense should neglect the water. Now here’s the tricky part. Earth can stop the water but earth is weak to lightning and the technique is performed quickly. Going by the logic of size and rank, this technique is only released as a stream of electricity so an S rank earth technique that is way larger then this technique should block the lightning or at least weaken it, but that depends on the range and how fast the earth technique can be performed. Another way is, an opponent could use an earth technique that surrounds himself in armor and if he happens to have a sword, he could perform a quick wind technique directed at the lightning as soon as It is released.

Strong points

  • – Can be performed for mid to long range, making it a great technique to use if there is a lot of distance between fighters -
  • – Technique can create multiple tendrils capable of striking multiple targets -
  • – Technique travels very fast through the ground, giving a slow opponent less time to counter -
Weak points

  • – A technique that covers the body, even if only temporarily leaves the user vulnerable to a water jutsu -
  • – The technique is loud so this could alert the enemy that something is coming which could make for an quick counter if they’ve already witnessed the technique -
  • – Runs through the ground, so an opponent already in the air will not be struck -
Combinations-strategies
Since this technique can be heard before it is released and reaches the target, performing this technique as an opener may not be a smart idea unless you’re trying to pressure the target or distract him. Sending a technique that is quick and large enough to keep my opponent busy while setting up this technique would be a good stratergy. If my opponent is in the air, I could perform a wind technique of such that is capable of sending a gust at him to make him come crashing down into the ground and while he is attempting to recover, use this technique.

Ways to counter this technique
The moment I hear the technique, I could prepare myself by using a wind technique to boost me into the air or send me to a short range of the target. The moment the lightning starts to surround the edges of the users skin, performing a quick water technique at the given range will backfire on him. Im not too advanced in training yet, but I would assume a technique that is capable of disrupting the ground could also disrupt this technique before it reaches my feet.

Combinations-strategies
Another technique I wouldn’t recommend opening up with because it leaves you vulnerable, meaning since it can only be done in short range, a technique capable of trapping my opponent or dealing enough damage to leave them open should do. A short range stream of water technique added with this technique could do or a quick fire jutsu. I wouldn’t use any wind techniques because they can push the opponent back out of the required distance for this technique.

Ways to counter this technique
The moment my opponent has his arms raised, I could hit him with just about any jutsu to interrupt the technique. A smarter counter may be to use a wind technique, pushing him out of range while his arms are up. A quick taijutsu or kenjutsu technique while they are preparing this technique would also do. I could trap my opponent, move out of distance, and assault him with jutsus.

Description: The user will create a field of water under the opponent before shocking them with a lightning attack.

A very simple and straightforward technique. The user will summon a water field right under the opponent after the water has been created, the user will send lightning chakra towards the water which will shock the opponent terribly right when its sent. It might seem very fast of a jutsu but it does take time between the water being made and the lightning chakra being sent. So the user can evade the water when it is created. Now you can only use ir from mid range, and after you send the lightning towards the water it become unusable. Simple technique, I would also say if a opponent was running and you create the water they might slip and fall giving you time to send the lightning. If they are attacked they will be shocked and paralyzed.

Okay what you will do is simply channel lightning chakra towards the palm of your hand release it and straighten it out into a whip. The whip size travels up to mid range, and can only stay active for no more then one turn. You must keep it in your hand for the duration, if you don't do other wise it will be released. You can whip anywhere you aim and its rather flexible as well. Hitting an opponent with it can seriously shock them, nice simple technique. Huge downside is your a open target for water techniques.

Description: The user channels his lighting chakra to his dominant hand and then radiates it out making it a hound shaped stream of lighting which stays attached to the users hand through a bolt of lighting.

Okay the user will once again gather their raiton chakra in their hand and release it forward towards the opponent, while manipulating the lightning into a hound/dog which attaches itself to the users hand through a bolt of lightning running towards the hound. Hound stays on for one turn as well, the user can send it towards the opponent and on contact can shock them badly, it can be controlled to go anywhere and react anyhow through the user. One huge disadvantage is you can not use any jutsu other then raiton, unless you have Yin-Yang so be sure to use it right for the one turn you have with it. Lastly since its attached to you water jutsus are a problem for you.

A water technique that can drench my opponent along with the field of water underneath them will increase the chances of the technique hitting. Before summoning the field of water underneath my opponent, I could use a technique like mudshot to blind them so they are unaware of me setting up the technique or throw a smoke bomb at them.

Ways to counter this technique
Since the technique requires water to be setup, I could use an earth technique to cover the water and then bring my focus to this technique. Since the field of water is created underneath me, performing a technique to propel me into the air or away from the water will make the technique useless.

Aiming the whip at my opponents feet could slow him down and shock him. Aiming the whip towards my opponents face could distract them, giving me time to perform another jutsu that doesn’t require hand seals. Performing a technique that can throw my opponent off balance would also give an opening for this technique.

Ways to counter this technique
While the whip is in the hand of the user, I could perform a technique that summons water underneath them or a water technique that can hit them from behind while they are trying to hit me with the whip to make the technique backfire. Sending a gust of wind at the whip should make it vanish as well.

First using a technique capable of throwing my opponent off balance will present the opportunity to perform this technique without having to worry about them sending a water jutsu at me. Since the technique requires the user to be attached, I cannot think of too many possible combinations. Maybe placing them under a genjutsu that will immobilize them will give the perfect chance to perform this technique

Ways to counter this technique
I could perform the water technique that forms around my opponents feet and then rises up to take on the form of a dome, trapping him and adding extra damage because they are connected to a lightning technique. Performing a technique that forms above my opponent that can strike him while he is controlling the hound could catch him off guard

Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.

Believe it or not this was one of the first jutsus I loved using, especially during my early days of the RP. Its a great projectile based attack. The user will shoot a bolt of lightning shaped as a spear towards the opponent, it can also be split into many pieces though would get weaker with every split you make to it. Its a fast running jutsu as well. I loved it due to its simplicity as well as being quick to perform and very simple as well as effective. It can pierce and shock an opponent.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

A great tool to use, the user will simply create a clone of himself made of lightning. This clone is very similar to a regular shadow clone, it can move physically and use taijutsu. Its very proficient if used correctly. Now a difference is it can only use B-Rank techs for lightning and nothing else. When killed it turn back to a regular state of lightning and disperses. Now their is a way to take advantage of this, the fact that it turns back to lightning chakra means it still has lightning properties. Anyway an extra man in the battle is always good especially if its on your side. Combos are endless as well.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

This is a great way to improve your kenjutsu abilities and taking an advantage. The lightning channeled through will create a vibration frequency which gives it a super accurate and powerful cutting ability, beats out most wind techs. Now like I said close range battle will be to your advantage, its fast to make. You are vulnerable to most water attacks though. Very basic.

I could open up my turn by using this technique to damage him or distract him, then perform another jutsu. Depending on my surroundings, I could use this technique to break apart and hit some trees by my opponent to slow him down. Dousing my opponent with a water jutsu would leave him vulnerable to this technique.


Ways to counter this technique
A quick gust of wind sent at the spear should be enough to counter this technique. If the user breaks apart the spears, I could call forth a wall of wind to protect me. Depending on the distance, I could use a technique that forms underneath my opponent and attacks him while he is performing this technique and then use a strong enough wind technique to counter the spears/

I could use my clone to send forth quick lightning jutsus at my opponent and distract him while I perform another technique.Once my clone is active, I could perform a technique capable of blinding or trapping my opponent and then have my clone perform jutsus. I could combine lightning techniques with my clone to send at my opponent. If the clone is damage, I could quickly mold the lightning chakra and send it to strike my opponent.

Ways to counter this technique
The clone vanishes upon damage, so a quick enough jutsu while it is vulnerable should do. I would assume that the clone has a weakness towards wind, so performing a wide scale wind technique should erase the clone.

This technique can be used along with any kenjutsu techniques, so that’s the obvious combo. (because the technique is basic and serves a basic purpose, I can’t really think of any combos besides kenjuts usage)

Ways to counter this technique
I could spew out a large enough water technique to douse my opponent while the sword is still in his hand to shock him and break his chakra control. Since most kenjutsu techniques are performed at a short range, I could use a quick jutsu to catch him off guard from underneath or behind him.

Questions There is a similar wind technique where the user adds their wind chakra to their sword, if clashed together, would the wind from the sword wipe away the lightning?

-Depends on the rank if its C-Rank or above it will be cancelled out or overpowered yes. It has a cutting ability better then most wind jutsus similar, but lightning is still weak against wind no matter what.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Okay with one hand seal the user will raise their hand towards the sky sending a electrical discharge towards the opponent from the sky. Now its visible for the opponent to see you send the charge in the sky, so they can anticipate an attack, ways to mask them from knowing is hurting their vision. Its a fast performance tech but slow overall for the attack portion since it will be sent up and then have to go down taking two roads. It is though a normal jutsu and can be used to lure the opponents attention to the attack or used to try to attack in all angles of the opponent.



(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Okay the user will take two large shurikens or one huge windmill shuriken. They will channel raiton chakra into them giving a serious electrical surge through them. Then the user will launch one of the two choices of shurikens at the opponent. The user will remain in control of them throughout the whole time the jutsu is active, because their will be a lightning cable which the user can manipulate. Now its a projectile but you will consistently need to remained focus on the chakra of the shuriken(s) if not then the lightning cable will disperse thus stopping the shuriken(s). If an opponent is hit they will be pierced delivering a numbing shock through their body, they will be numbed for one turn. Restricting their movements.

Description: Killer B jumps in the air with his seven swords and tackles the opponent coated in lightning chakra.

A jutsu shown pretty easy to be done. The user will coat themselves with lightning now. The user gets no speed or strength boost, but they are dangerous because if you tackle a opponent it will shock them consistently delivering serious pain. Now when coated in lightning it stays up for one turn and you can not use any jutsu while its active though projectiles (Shurikens,Kunais,Ect) are possible as well as wielding a sword, though the sword will not be

I could use this technique to distract my opponent and then follow up with another jutsu while he is dealing with this technique. Bliding my opponent with techniques such as mudshot or the hiding in mist/eye sight deprivation combo followed by this technique will take away his vision so he wouldn’t see me setting up the technique

If not blinded, I could see the user setting up this technique which will give me the opportunity to send a quick jutsu at him while his hand is up. I could perform a strong enough wind technique that can be aimed with my mouth or hands to direct at the electrical discharge.

I could perform a quick fire jutsu or water jutsu to hopefully damage my opponent and keep him distracted, then I could withdraw my shurikens and perform this technique. If the shurikens hit and numb my opponent, I am open to perform any jutsu and go in for the kill. A technique that can throw my opponent off balance would also give me enough time to perform this jutsu

Ways to counter this technique
If I could infused my sword with wind chakra, I could slice through the cables attached to the shurikens so the lightning properties aren’t in effect. Blowing out a large enough gust of wind should send the shurikens flying back. Before the shurikens reach me, I could send a jutsu directed at the users face to hopefully make them lose focus.

I could perform a technique to distract my opponent then jump into the air and tackle him while he is being distracted by the first. Since no jutsus can be performed while the technique is active, I can’t really think of too many combos besides opening up with a technique to distract.
Ways to counter this technique
I could aim and use a water technique such as water bullet to douse my opponent while he is coated in chakra. The opponent cannot use any jutsus while the technique is active, so if I can evade the tackle, the user would be open to any elemental technique. While the opponent is in the air, I could send a powerful enough wind jutsu to push him back and wipe away the lightning coating his body.

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.

A basic technique, the user will release lightning of the color purple. The hands will aim towards the enemy or anywhere you want. It can shock and push an opponent back. Its a fast technique to perform and great to use if an opponent is trying to charge at you with speed. So you can stop them. Very basic and projectile based as well.



( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

A brilliant defensive technique, withdraw backs. Now the user will quickly generate a plasma ball around their whole body. This ball is powerful enough to take in some strong attacks as well as projectile attacks. This is great to focus on the offense instead of needing to look to defend, you will always have upper hand on the opponent. A huge disadvantage is you can only use lightning jutsus as well as physical based jutsus. You can move around the terrain normally even if the plasma is active, giving a very mobile feel to it. Also if an opponent touches the plasma ball or tries to get close they will be shocked, also meaning you have an advantage in close range battle and force a opponent to push back. Lastly to conflict a serious blow, the user can release the energy of the ball which, if it hits the opponent, can cause serious damage towards him. It can only go up to short range the blast and the ball will disperse when you use the blast. If you don't and want to keep it full on, it lasts only 3 turns.



( Raiton: Kaminari no Shōgeki Ame ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

A good technique the user will condense a orb of lightning into their hands and release it into the sky. The ball will have built up energy and quickly after condensing it they will send the ball into the sky above the opponents area. After a few seconds (3-5 seconds) the ball will release its energy into countless needles which rain down upon the opponent, it acts as a way to pierce and shock the opponent. Now do not use this close to you. The bolts shoot everywhere short range within the radius its placed. So if you are in the radius it might hurt you to since the bolts shoot randomly.

Since the technique doesn’t require hand seals and is performed fast, I could use this technique as an opener to distract my opponent and then follow up with another technique. If my opponent is dashing towards me in order to perform taijutsu or kenjutsu, I could use this technique to push them back.

Ways to counter this technique
The moment the lightning is released, I could send forth a stream of wind to counter. Once i see the technique forming around the users hands, I could infuse my sword with wind base chakra to slice through the lightning once it is sent. A wind technique capable of countering elemental projectiles will serve as a great counter as well since this technique is projectile based.

For defensive purposes, I could perform this technique and send other lightning jutsus at my opponent while I’m protected. If I have chakra to spare, I could perform the lightning clone technique and have my clone use lightning jutsus while im protected. If going on the offense, I could use a technique to throw my opponent off his feet or trap him, move into short range and send the plasma ball to damage my target. I could perform a technique that drags my opponent close to me so he would come into contact with the barrier.

Ways to counter this technique
Since the plasma ball is lightning based, a water technique that can form a dome around my opponent should not only cause damage and possibly drown him, but also temporarily paralyze him as well due to the connection to lightning chakra. A strong and wide-scale wind jutsu sent directly at my opponent should push the protection off of them. If the user choses to send the plasma at me, I could counter it with a gust of wind. Since I only have to worry about lightning techniques while the barrier is active, I could increase my distance from my opponent and prepare wind jutsus for whatever he sends at me

Questions Im only guessing, but would the user be vulnerable to a wide enough water technique?

If I don’t feel comfortable at short range, I could summon my lightning clone, move out of short range and have my clone perform this technique. If my opponent is slightly distracted as the ball gets sent into air, I could perform a quick jutsu to strike him. A technique capable of trapping my opponent, then the use of this technique would guarantee they get hit.

Ways to counter this technique
Calling forth a wind technique above me should shield me from the needles that are raining down. A wind technique that can surround my body should keep me slightly protected as the needles rain down. Sending a gust of wind at the orb the moment it is sent into the air should destroy it and interrupt the technique before the needles can rain down.

The fifth technique on my list is somewhat basic, but I like it. The technique is performed quickly and is capable of striking multiple targets which is why this is one of my favorite B ranked jutsus. Wave of inspiration I chose because of the many combinations possible to do with water techniques. The fact that when performed with a water technique, extra damage is dealt makes it a good jutsu to keep in mind, plus it’s a fast technique. I really like the shadow clone technique. Being able to summon a clone to aid you that can perform up to B rank lightning techniques can become very helpful, especially if facing an opponent who is weak or doesn’t have many counters to lightning techs. The shock rain attack is another jutsu I like and earns the number two spot on my list. If I could manage to trap a opponent, this technique would be sure to hit him. Its performed quickly and attacks from above which some opponents may not be expecting in the midst of a battle. The first technique on my list I chose because I like that it can be used for either offensive or defensive purposes, plus it stays active for a few turns. A smart user can come up with many strategies for this technique.

This jutsu is simple projectile technique. The user after 3 hand seals will generate from their hands lightning which they send towards the opponent and mold it into a disk. You can send more then one disk; they are very fast and destructive. It can easily cut through some of the hardest rocks. It also has a shocking property. Each disk you send the more weaker they get though you can send a rapid amount to make evasion tough. You can send one disk and use another technique, its mobility is up to you to decide.

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

The famous chidori. The user will do 7 hand seals and generate the chidori into one of their hands. Now I don't think their is much for me to say that you might not already know. The chidori is a very destructive melee attack jutsu, one hit and the opponent will receive terrible damage. Not only can it pierce the opponent it will numb the area hit, so if the opponent does survive he will have a tough time to move. The chidori has a sound to it, which sounds like one thousand birds chirping, you can hear it easily so you can anticipate the attack. Its a concentration type jutsu, you must consistently fuel the chidori with chakra.

Another known jutsu by all. The user will send non-focused lightning chakra through the entire body and release it towards the opponent. On contact it can paralyze the opponent, not kill though but its numbing ability is very strong. When channeled short range it covers the whole radius, if you send it at a opponent from mid-range it travels straight as a projectile on the ground or air. You can also channel it through metal giving it a shocking potent ability to the metal which can cut better and numb the opponent if hit with it.

I would say depending on the situation I am in the battle, I could use this technique for a couple strategies. This technique could serve as a good distraction. I could send multiple disk at my opponent and while they are attempting to evade, I could follow up with another jutsu. I could choose to send only one disk and while my opponent is focused on that, I could perform a technique that can attack my opponent from behind or above him. If in a short distance, I could use a technique to kick dust into my opponents eyes or another jutsu to blind or trap him then send a disk at him. Sending multiple disk at my opponents can be a good move if we’re fighting in a tight spot where evasion might be difficult.

Ways to counter this technique
Depending on the amount of disk sent at me, I could send different techniques to counter. If one disk is sent at me, I could send a wind technique wider than the disk at it. The disk travel fast, so a reaction time and the jutsu performed to counter has to be fast as well. If performed from mid-range, I could perform a wind technique capable of calling forth a large wall to meet the disk.

Without lightning mastered, this probably wouldn’t be the smartest technique to open up with from a short range. I would probably open up with a technique that can distract my opponent or trap him somehow. Placing my opponent under a genjutsu that can immobilize him will give me the chance to ready up the chidori. If I could manage to perform a technique that can conceal my position, I could use a technique like the ninjutsu one that amplifies my voice and speak while I ready up the chidori so my opponent could be left confused on whats about to happen. If lightning is mastered, I could simply send a quick jutsu at my opponent and while he is attempting to counter, I could follow up with the jutsu.

Ways to counter this technique
The user of the chidori is required to run in a straight line so at the moment he is preparing the technique, I could send a quick and powerful jutsu straight at them. The sound the chidori gives off can also alert me so if I react quick enough, I could use a technique to propel myself into the air to get out of the way. I could send a water technique to douse my opponent as well. Because the chidori requires the user to run in a straight line, I could set up traps at the time the user is preparing the technique or use a technique to shift me out of the users vision.

If I have a sword in my hand, I could use this technique to enhance its abilities for kenjutsu techniques. If my opponent is at a distance, I could first use a water technique to douse him or a fire technique to burn him, then send this technique through the ground. If my opponent likes to fight from the air, I could do the same as well.

Ways to counter this technique
Because my opponent would be covered with lightning, any quick wide-scale water jutsu should make this technique backfire on him. If my opponent sends the technique throw the air, I could counter by blowing out a wide enough gust of wind. If sent through the ground, I could send a technique to destroy the ground and disrupt it.

It does not improve the force and speed of the kenjutsu attacks, just gives it a paralyze potency to it. So if an opponent is stabbed they will feel very numb in the area hit.

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

After a small set of hand seals the user will place their hands on the ground and send a electrical surge through the ground cracking and tearing it through. It cuts through the ground all the way towards an enemy. The shape of bolt is triangular. The base will be in the direction of the user, while the tip towards the enemy. Now its a very powerful technique able to easily destroy the ground and tear through many metals and rocks. A huge downside is it moves quite slow since it takes up a shape of a triangle. The bolt will easily be heard when ripping through the ground, its also straightforward since you know the tip will attack the opponent, lastly you must keep your hand on the ground until the tip hits the opponent. When it does the opponent will be seriously wounded and down due to the destructive shock.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

Its fairly simple but nice, with one hand seal the user will gather their raiton chakra into their hands and condense it creating the chidori. They will then raise the chidori high and release its energy which in turn release multiple needles which can pierce through an opponent and paralyze that area hit.This is a great distracting technique since it fires from all over the place it would be very tough on an opponent to dodge them and blocking is just as tough since their is a constant fire of them being released. Its fast and easy to perform. A downside is you must keep focused on the chidori to contently send the senbons towards the opponents area. So I recommend creating a clone, if you have the training of course to send a straight attack to hurt the opponent. Note you are also a target for water jutsus, so expect the opponent to use a water jutsu on you for if the palm with the chidori is wet the lightning will go crazy and shock your entire arm or body depending on just how much water is used.

Very simple technique. It only goes short range, its a fast performing technique as well as a quick release. Very simple and basic, nothing you have not already seen. Its a projectile based attack as well.

I would say this is a technique you must think about before using. Because it moves slow and keeps the user vulnerable, trapping the opponent with any strong enough jutsu would be a good way to combo into this technique. Maybe using a water technique to imprison my opponent then performing this jutsu would be a good strategy. Sending a jutsu meant to distract my opponent from either above him or behind him would give me the time to perform this technique.

Ways to counter this technique
Since the technique requires the users hand to stay on the ground and its only straightforward, I could perform a technique to boost me off of the ground and into the air. A strong enough technique directed at the ground that can break it, should disrupt my opponent from completing this jutsu. If quick enough, once the technique is countered, I could send a quick jutsu at my opponent before he could get his hand off the ground

Concealing my position with a jutsu then sending this technique would be sure to surprise them and catch them off guard. Of course, I could trap him as well to give the needles a chance to hit. Using the lightning technique, lightning shock rain to make needles rain down from the sky then performing this technique would make a combination hard to counter. When I learn how to, I could create a clone capable of using a-rank lightning jutsus and have it perform this technique while I perform another jutsu.

Calling forth a strong and large enough wall of wind in front or one that surrounds me should keep me protected from the needles. I could send a large enough water jutsu capable of soaking the user, making the technique backfiring on him. A water technique that forms beneath him would catch them off guard for a counter.

A quick enough water jutsu that can drench my opponent, then this technique could be a good strategy to use to add a little extra to injury. Since this jutsu shocks and pushes the opponent back, I could send a quick jutsu at them while they are trying to regain composure.


Ways to counter this technique
Sending a wide enough ball of wind at this jutsu should be a good enough counter. A short range jutsu with no hand seals would require a counter of a technique that is also quick, so any fast and strong enough wind technique could work. Using a jutsu to push myself to a mid-range would safe me from possibly taking a hit.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of lightning release: four pillar bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Funny technique since it does generate any lightning whatsoever but it can work with combos and is very large. The user will 16 pillars after performing 3 hand seals which wrap around to create a box almost to trap anything within it. Its large enough to trap a summon or many opponents. The bind has a small box which you can send techniques in to finish an opponent off. The pillars are made of earth.

The user will form a chidori which he then summons a spear to erect out. The spear is very useful to keep a distance away from an opponent, it also acts as a chidori which on contact will numb the area of the opponent if caught. You can wield the spear with great ease, it can cut through the most solid of metals. Its great to use to finish an opponent off, and the spear when release is very quickly. The spears also after piercing an opponent can release more spears at the tip to completely destroy the opponent.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

The user will release wind chakra and spin it around like a vortex, then add lightning on the edge of the wind chakra not touching one another. The wind acts as a base. Now the vortex can be a barrier and a attack. Its projectile based when launched but needs to remain focus while performing it, though its quick performance. The best part is if a opponent tries to evade the lightning can be manipulated and jump out the vortex to shock a evading opponent. It inflicts serious shock and pain.

As stated in the technique description, this jutsu could be used in conjunction with mud fall and firing biscuit. Once my opponent is trapped within the pillars, I could send any jutsu to finish them off. Since the opponent is trapped I cant think of too many combos since you can pretty much use any jutsu once they are caught.

Ways to counter this technique
A very wide scale technique that is capable of destroying the pillars would prevent the user from using it effectively. Possibly using a technique to dig myself into the ground would allow me to escape from the pillars. I’m not too sure of the exact size of the pillars, but using a strong enough technique to propel into the air enough so I’m clear of the pillars should work as well.

I could use this technique to surprise my opponent in battle. Some good combinations might be to place my opponent under a genjutsu, temporarily immobilizing them and then using this jutsu. I could summon a clone and have him send jutsus at my opponent then catch him by surprise with this technique. Using a technique to carve the off and throw my opponent off balance then following up with this technique could also be a good combo.

Ways to counter this technique
Before the technique makes contact, I could send a larger wind technique to battle the lightning spear. A gigantic sphere of wind sent forth at the spear should also prove as a counter. While my opponent is wielding the spear, I could send forth a large water technique capable of soaking the user and the area he stands in. Because my opponent will be focused on wielding the spear, a technique to come from behind him or above him should catch him off guard.

If I could trap my opponent temporarily, I could have the vortex consume him or I could just manipulate and send off the lightning. Even though it would take some time to set up and if a water source is nearby, I could use the technique that summons a water dragon and have the dragon douse my opponent in water, then send forth the lightning from the vortex of this technique. Using a technique capable of sucking my opponent in near the vortex would be a good combo as well.

Ways to counter this technique
I could perform a strong enough wind technique to push the vortex and get rid of the lightning added to it. Since the technique is made of wind too, I could send a large enough fire technique to deal with the vortex. A large enough water jutsu like a water jutsu aimed at the dragon should get rid of the lightning properties.

(Chidori Kireme) - One thousand Birds Breaker

Description: The user will deliver several punches and kicks to the opponent sending them into the air where the user will then strike a Chidori into their back.

The user from short range will begin to deliver punches and kicks at the opponent. Now with this small attacks be sure to describe where you are hitting and how. I recommend aiming for areas like the groin, head, and ankles. Then the user will have to deliver a final punch or kick to the chin sending the opponent in the air. From the air they will be hurt from the body attacks, then with great speed you will jump so high and fast your going to appear right behind the opponent in the air, then strike a chidori in their back. Piercing them from behind, the movement is very quick and hard to evade when you jump into the air. I recommend before you start the body attacks try to put the opponent off guard, something basic is sending a flash bomb to blind the opponent for a second, which is all you need to be in range and hit the opponent. Its a devastating jutsu, very deadly.




(Chidori Tokkan) - One Thousand Birds Rush

Description: The user will first strike the target with a slash from their sword hitting them into the air and then as they begin to land the user will drive them into the ground with a Chidori.

This is very much similar to the jutsu from above but with only a sword. Now when the user dash towards the opponent with the sword the user will begin to strike the opponent with the sword slashing them upward into the air, the slash will cut them pretty badly. I would say aim for the stomach or chest, this would make the cut very long as well as have a large place to aim at in the body. In the air they will be vulnerable, when they begin to descend you will once again appear from behind them and send a chidori to crash them back into the ground, great jutsu to use for short range. Very deadly technique.



(Raiton: Raikō Shishi Rendan) - Lightning Release: Lightning Flash Lion Combo

Description: The user knocks the enemy into the air with thier Sword and jumps at them quickly after. They then proceeds to punch and kick the opponent while still in mid-air. After their combo, the user ducks to the floor, just underneath the opponent. As the opponent reaches him, the user strikes the falling opponent in the back with his Chidori, and then lets the helpless victim falls off.

This is pretty much a combo of the two jutsus above. User will dash towards the opponent and slash upwards sending opponent in the air, while they are in the air you will jump up and begin to deliver a series of punches and kicks sending them even further up. Then with the opponent with serious injuries, the user will drop down to the ground and create a chidori. Then the opponent will fall onto the chidori piercing them. This is a brilliant short range attack and hard to evade. I recommend evasion to be Drunken fist, makes it hard for the opponent to guess your movement and will be unable to touch you. This is a combo in itself.
