Chakra is the physical and spiritual energy with in ones self that exist in every part of the body, physical energy deals with the body's cell and this can increase by training spiritual energy deals with the mind and can be increased by meditating for long hours when these to forms of energy mix together they create chakra . The chakra is can be manipulated and is utilized by every ninja weather it may be nature transfromation where a ninja moulds his chakra into a type of nature transformations such as fire, lightning, wind, water, earth also with a kekkai genkai other elements can be formed to such as ice or wood then there is shape transformation where a ninja changes the size range and also the movement of the chakra and example of this is the rasengan other nature chakra can be infused with tools to give them a greater effect and chakra can be used to cast genjutsu
