*Melissa gathers her raiton chakra into her palms and thinks of a small electric surge. She runs up to a nearby tree and and swings both of her palms inward, ultimately releasing a combined wave of electricity, cutting and scorching the tree to a degree*

looked at the application she was sent in order to meet up with a new student. "Melissa" was her name. This particular applicant had been asking her for training, and this was the first time she was meeting her in person.Upon arriving at the training grounds, she could see a single girl who had caused ample destruction to the field. Reading the previous sensei's memo, Aigis noted where training was to be continued from. Taking a breath and steeling herself, she walked up to Melissa.
Something about her irked Aigis. She seemed like one of those punkish, rebellious types. Just looking at her instilled Aigis with a sense of anarchy, even. This contrasted with her own personality: ordered, strict, and perhaps even cold at times. This interesting dichotomy spoke a thousand words even before any words were spoken. At the very least, this would be an interesting training session...
Wearing her Mandalorian Armor under her Konoha shinobi attire, Aigis's neat and clean look was apparent as she stood up straight, looking at Melissa with a tall, proud posture. She spoke in a clipped, efficient, curt voice.
"Greetings, I am Aigis. I shall be taking your training from here."
"Let's get right down to business. For the next jutsu, I want you to mold your Lightning chakra through all your chakra points, and release it, creating a wild aura around you. Control it with shape manipulation to form something akin to the Fourth Raikage's lightning armor, except a weaker version."
"This jutsu can be used offensively and defensively. Tell me how. And also, the standard things like advantages and disadvantages. I want what is IMPORTANT. Don't say things simply to try and sound educated, because they're likely not, and simply filler."
"Ask questions if you have any."
Her demeanor was professional; even cool. Perhaps it would take some time before she would warm up to her student.

*Seeing her new teacher walk onto the field, Melissa takes off running towards her, ultimately falling and landing on her face but quickly gets up to brush herself off* "Hi! Nice to meet you! I am Melissa! Well... You might already know that from the look of those notes..." *She takes a peek at the notes and giggles. She was acting amazingly playful*
"Alright let's do this let's go go time hammer time!"

Strengths: Could easily be used in CQC to get the opponent off of you and it could defend against a lot of earth techniques as lightning breaks up earth in most cases. Also no seals.

Aigis watched as her student performed the technique with a relative simplicity. There was something almost... primal in the way Melissa moved. She acted as if through her instincts and nothing much more. But first impressions could be wrong...
"In the future, I expect a little more thought and effort. You performed adequately, but I expect better."
"In order to expedite your training, we shall perform two techniques per round. Show any form of incompetence and I shall perhaps ask you to repeat jutsu performance or even revert you back to a single one."
Aigis looked at her with a serious expression. She had that no-nonsense attitude. At the very least, she could acknowledge Melissa's eccentric behaviors. All students she taught were different; variety was perhaps the spice of life.
Beckoning Melissa to walk with her to a nearby cliff, Aigis performed the Snake → Upside down Tiger hand seals. Clapping her hands together after that, she pressed her open palms at the base of the cliff, sending a surge/wave of electricity upward, through the cliff's side. After a moment, the rocks started crumbling and breaking off, beginning to fall as a landslide to the side of Aigis and Melissa. It was quite sizable. When the rumbling stopped, part of the cliff had been broken off, and a bunch of debris lay off to the side.
"Do as I did, on that side of the cliff. This technique is highly dependent on location. As usual, provide a standard analysis afterwards, as well as creative uses and counters if an opponent were to use this technique on you."

*Melissa disliked Aigis' words as she mocked her in her thoughts* "Little more effort... BLAH BLAH BLAH... How Dare she? Are my tactics not enough!?"
*All Aigis could see was Melissa daydreaming, staring straight forward. After a moment, she snapped out of it and took out her scythe. She started to literally gnaw on the blade as she walked to the mountain as she followed Aigis. She watched her technique very closely and didn't much care for it. She wanted fireworks. Explosions! This is what caused her to open her big mouth*
"Explosions! When do we get to do those?" *She said with her mouth full of blade as her gums start to bleed from biting on the hard metal*
*Without further ado, she puts her scythe up and weaves the Snake and Upside down Tiger hand seals and slaps her palm onto the ground, releasing a very large amount of raiton chakra into the rock. After a few moments, the rocks starts to break off and emit tiny but very visible bolts of lightning*
"How was THAT? Do I meet your expectations now?! Hahahaha!.." *As she started to laugh, Melissa wasn't paying attention to wear the rocks were breaking off and falls down with a big bunch of them. Thinking extremely quickly, Melissa exerts chakra into her feet and pushes off of a big chunk of rock that was falling with her. She does this and then makes her way to the mountain in mid air. As she gains contact, due to her chakra, she sticks to the side. She runs up the side to once again meet Aigis on the top*

Explanation (I'm going to do this in an RP form since you are RPing. So I'm just going to break down the usefulness and disadvantages all in one. If that's not cool, just tell me and I'll go back to the regular break down.) : "Alright... Well let's see here... I think other than looking cool, this jutsu is crap! If you are located near a mountain, it is very useful to try and crush or disable your opponent but it's very heavily location based... Not something you would get to use very often if at all..." *Melissa says this with a bored look. She wasn't at all impressed with the technique*
*Moving on, raises her right hand and channels raiton chakra into it. After this, her hand begins to glow a pale yellow and she directs it forwards in the middle of the practice dummies on the ground. Bolts of lightning shoot out from her hand and hit the dummies one by one, scorching them and setting them ablaze. She then raises her hand slightly upward to the targets in the trees and directs her attack there with the same result.*

And although it has these advantages, it would have a main disadvantage of not being streamed, therefor it's linear and could be easy to dodge or have a wind attack insulate it."

*Sivlagne steps onto the field to take the place of Melissa. Without a word she takes out her scythe and channels raiton chakra into it. She lets it go in it's place and it stays afloat. She puts her hands next to it and widens their proximity to it, and two identical forms of her scythe come out of it, one on each side, full of raiton chakra. She raises her right hand above her head and the scythes start spinning. She motions her hand forwards into the forest and sure enough it decimates several trees. She signals it back and the two raiton copies disperse and her scythe returns to normal as she grasps it*
*Moving on, she opens her palm very calmly and lightning starts to jump in the center of her palm. As she quietly stands still, the lightning creeps up her forearm and just as this happens, she harshly kneels and slaps the ground and a fence of lightning bolts burst from the ground all around her 2 meters away from her body*
*After the technique ends, she stands up and doesn't speak*

Aigis, in hibernation mode, reawakened (activated?) in response to the external stimulus of a shinobi performing jutsu. She thought this session had been abandoned, but surprises creep around every corner.
Inside her head, one thing came to mind:
Quickly reacclimatizing herself, she continued onward as if it had only been a minute since the previous jutsus were performed.
"Welcome... I trust you'll be more diligent than Melissa. In any case, Let's begin with the B-ranks. The first one has you performing the Ox hand seal. Then, hold out your hands in front of you, and release your lightning chakra. By applying your shape manipulation, you'll form a large lightning wall that will protect you from frontal attacks. If enemies come close or come into contact with it, they'll experience something... 'shocking'... apologies, that was a bad pun."
"What do you think this jutsu can specifically defend against? Give me ranks and elements."
Aigis nonchalantly tossed a few kunais at Sivlagne, as a concrete example of how to defend herself with this technique.
Once that was done, Aigis moved right along. Taking a momentary water break, she spoke again.
"And now, you'll create a half dome of lightning in front of you, applying the same principles as the Lightning Wall. Except this time, instead of holding the dome in front of you, you'll push it forward like a wave of lightning. This one's pretty fast and it can push away annoyances, as well as paralyze your target."
From the corner of Sivlagne's eye, a Shadow Clone of Aigis began charging at her.

"Hmph... I know of Melissa. And whilst her methods were unorthodox, she was a hell of a fighter." *Sivlagne answered quickly and seriously*
*As Aigis spews a somewhat bad pun, Sivlagne laughed. It wasn't... To bad* "Heh. That was funny." *As she follows her sensei's orders and performs the ram hand seal, Sivlagne speaks* "Pardon but I don't believe I got your name." *She smiles* "My name is Sivlagne."
*She holds out her hands in a pyramid shape in front of her as the kunai head towards her and her hands start to emit a bright light and no later does the electricity make a wall and cover the front of her body in a very sparky enclosure and inevitably deflect the kunai and throw them off-course*
*As the jutsu ends, Sivlagne gives her reason to what the jutsu is useful for* "The jutsu felt nice. It would easily be able to defend against frontal taijutsu, without a doubt. Only one hand seal, so quick quick to prepare at that. It could absolutely defend against most freeform projectile attacks or even technique related ones. It could probably dice and short-range earth attack such as rock flying your way or something of that caliber."
"May I have some of that water you've got there? I don't believe I brought my own today... Heh.." *She smiles as if she was slightly embarrassed*
*Moving along, Sivlagne cups her hands downward and focuses her chakra in her palms. *As the jutsu ends, Sivlagne gives her reason to what the jutsu is useful for* "The jutsu felt nice. It would easily be able to defend against frontal taijutsu, without a doubt. Only one hand seal, so quick quick to prepare at that. It could absolutely defend against most freeform projectile attacks or even technique related ones. It could probably dice and short-range earth attack such as rock flying your way or something of that caliber."

She punches the watermelon with a blow that would be deadly to most living things and discharges the lightning, making the watermelon explode. And it exploded all over her sensei, Aigis, in a fruity and tasty mess*
*Immediately noticing the mess she had bestowed upon her sensei, she immediately ran to her aid* "I am so, so sorry..." *She she picked up chunks of watermelon from her face, and tried to wipe her face off, she explained the jutsu*

After she focuses on one target, the lightning strikes it in front of her. Again with the two other targets in front of her and the one she remembered behind her*
*As the technique ends and Sivlagne notices her one missed target upon basking in what appeared to be perfection, she threw a fit and her demonic side started to show. Her eyes grew a dark black and she runs up to the only missed target and karate chops it in half in what appeared to be way more force than she actually needed to break such a fragile thing. As the target break and flies into one hundred little pieces, Sivlagne continued the chop and split the target's post straight down the middle until her hand reached the ground which even then, cracked the ground quite a bit. After her outburst, she stood up and returned to normal to explain the technique*

Aigis had watermelon splattered all over her outfit. She clearly looked irritated as she cleaned herself off.
"It's fine, focus." she said, almost a little harshly as Sivlagne tried to help her.
At least she had enthusiasm... it would take some time before she would warm up to her, though.

As Sivlagne notices the irritation simply plastered on her sensei's face, she just shuts up and listens to the next set of orders. She kind of thought she screwed up by making the mess, but there was no way her sensei was dissatisfied with her last performance, regardless of the mess she might have made
"I understand. Seems quite fun, yes?" Sivlagne nods and smiles, hoping to get a warm smile in return. She wanted to befriend Aigis but because of her upfront and blatant professionalism and strong stature, she couldn't really see that happening. But what's the harm in trying? If you don't try, there is no chance, Sivlagne always thinks
Sivlagne weaves the Ram, Boar, Dog, Bird, and Hare hand seals as she channels a large amount of chakra into her arms and hands. She gently places her hands on the ground as she kneels down and releases her raiton chakra in the earth, letting it travel up to mid range, where the target resided. As the earth forcefully and unnaturally gets formed at Sivlagne's will, earth pillars form, one after another eventually surrounding the shadow clone. Once the pillars are set in place, the lightning radiates from the earth pillars and uncontrollably shock and stun the shadow clone, inevitably paralyzing it and then killing it. As the clone disperses from the immense pain, the lightning stops and the pillars crumble and turn to rubbish as they scatter across the field in small bits and pieces.
She stands up and looks at her sensei again whilst smiling "How was that, Aigis-sama?"
Moving on Sivlagne listens carefully as Aigis explains the next technique. She immediately smirks when she hears her sensei command her use a water jutsu in collaboration with this lightning technique. If anything, Sivlagne was an expert in the field of water. There would be nothing more pleasurable than to utilize water with these current techniques to "spark" up the training. Get it? She nods and begins the combination process
Sivlagne closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. After, she quickly weaves the Boar, Dog and Ram hand seals and holds out her right hand beside her and then she opens her eyes. In her hand forms a ball of water, spiraling and ready to fly. Sivlagne chucks the ball and immediately after, she focuses raiton chakra in her left hand and she weaves the Rabbit, Dog, Boar, Ram, and Rat hand seals. By this time, the water vortex that was previously thrown only got bigger and eventually creates a water wall, violently heading towards some trees. Because of it's expansion, it only made it an easier target for the lightning to mix with it. Ready for the next technique to take action, Sivlagne waves her left hand, releases the wave of lightning into the water wall, making a deadly combo. Before the water could touch any trees and perhaps demonstrate an effect, it dies out and leaves behind and electric puddle which even then, looked to be a threat.

For wave of inspiration, though it is known to work best along side water, it can still be used alone. Also, when using it with water, be sure to use it with projectile based water techniques, unless you have storm, where then you can just use water and lightning at the same time, whether be streaming based or not.
So seems like the training you have here seems well. I'm not going to hit you off, we will continue doing this form of training, since you seemed to enjoy it. I will just provide the technique with a decent explanation and you do what you were doing with Souji before. We can also RP it out a lil if you want z.z

So, bring your hands close together without touching them and focus your raiton chakra to each hand. Small static sparks will fly between your palms, and then you can slam your hand on the ground. Like a technique you learned earlier, this will send the lightning through the ground as tendrils of electricity, which can be broken up into multiple tendrils, to attack anyone standing on the ground. I like this technique because, with a good diversion, you can shock a person's legs and make it hard for them to move, leading up to a great finisher. However, if your opponent can get off of the ground, then it's basically useless except to destroy earthen structures you don't want to be there.

A simple projectile technique, this jutsu is useful for straightforward attacks, or for taking out a moving target like a kunai or a summon. However, once shot the technique can't change course, making it dodgable. Aside from that... it's a rather basic technique.

Description: The user generates lightning-based chakra between his/her palms forming what appears to be a lightning "rope". The user can then whip that lightning around as if its a true whip, hitting his target.
So, first you will hold your palms facing each other and focus your raiton chakra between them. Then, using your shape manipulation, you will form that lightning into a rope shape. From there, you can "grab" the rope with one hand and begin to swing it around. The rope can extend up to mid-range, allowing you to hit people at a distance. The rope can also be used to wrap around your opponent and bind/paralyze them at the same time. It's a very useful technique, but mainly as a supplementary usage. Without someone else (clone) to throw in the offensive part of a combination, it doesn't have much going for it as it's a streaming technique. However, it's also very good for electrocuting a streaming water technique without fear of it being redirected to avoid the lightning, as you can also redirect the whip. So, like every other technique, when used in the correct situation it can be pretty deadly.
So seems like the training you have here seems well. I'm not going to hit you off, we will continue doing this form of training, since you seemed to enjoy it. So, first you will hold your palms facing each other and focus your raiton chakra between them. Then, using your shape manipulation, you will form that lightning into a rope shape. From there, you can "grab" the rope with one hand and begin to swing it around. The rope can extend up to mid-range, allowing you to hit people at a distance. The rope can also be used to wrap around your opponent and bind/paralyze them at the same time. It's a very useful technique, but mainly as a supplementary usage. Without someone else (clone) to throw in the offensive part of a combination, it doesn't have much going for it as it's a streaming technique. However, it's also very good for electrocuting a streaming water technique without fear of it being redirected to avoid the lightning, as you can also redirect the whip. So, like every other technique, when used in the correct situation it can be pretty deadly.

Ramlethal slaps her hands together, directing chakra all around her hands and arms. Furthering the process, lightning crackles around both her hands and arms quite violently. She raises her hands and then slaps them roughly on the ground, sending a mass amount of electrical current towards a practice dummy. Once reaching the target's location, the lightning comes from the ground, striking it and devouring it from below.
Raising her hand, Ramlethal charges chakra all around to to a point where a mass amount of lightning was gathering around it. Taking aim, Ramlethal unleashes the devastating beam towards the already downed practice dummy and it strikes it, completely annihilating it and breaking it to hundreds of pieces.

Now, the spear remains connected to you, making this a streaming technique, but since you can split the spear apart and choose where it goes with minimal physical motions, it's a fair tradeoff. The spear can be split up into as many different branches as you want, but remember that the more branches you make the weaker each one becomes. And yeah, that's the basics of the technique.

Focusing chakra into her right hand, although she's ambidextrous, Ramlethal creates a stream of lightning from her palm. After the stream of lightning touches the ground behind her, it takes the shape of a wolf and the way the lightning sounded, it "roared". Quite loudly at that. Keeping focus on the hound, Ramlethal directs it to a tree down the field and it instantly takes off, running and roaring until it comes to the tree which it headbutts quite viciously and breaks it in half. Figured she saw enough, Ram let the technique go and stream of lightning and the lightning wold slowly disappeared whilst swiftly leaving behind an outline of its viciousness but that too disappeared in time. It was a sight to see.
Gathering a giant amount of chakra into her mouth, Ramlethal opens her mouth and suddenly a sharp and dominant spear of lightning comes out of her mouth. Traveling at a blinding pace, the spear quickly hits a nearby practice dummy and pierces straight through it with great ease and much like butter. Discontinuing the technique, all it left behind was a big, perfect hole in the practice dummy's chest that had smoke coming from it from the electrical burns. She could easily see the capability packed in this technique. One she shall truly cherish.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

A great tool to use, the user will simply create a clone of himself made of lightning. This clone is very similar to a regular shadow clone, it can move physically and use taijutsu. Its very proficient if used correctly. Now a difference is it can only use B-Rank techs for lightning and nothing else. When killed it turn back to a regular state of lightning and disperses. Now their is a way to take advantage of this, the fact that it turns back to lightning chakra means it still has lightning properties. Anyway an extra man in the battle is always good especially if its on your side. Combos are endless as well.

Okay with one hand seal the user will raise their hand towards the sky sending a electrical discharge towards the opponent from the sky. Now its visible for the opponent to see you send the charge in the sky, so they can anticipate an attack, ways to mask them from knowing is hurting their vision. Its a fast performance tech with just a couple of gestures but slow overall for the attack portion since it will be sent up and then have to go down taking two roads. It is though a normal jutsu and can be used to lure the opponents attention to the attack or used to try to attack in all angles of the opponent. The range of the jutsu is what makes it so handy in battle. A basic combo is to have a clone use the technique while you (the original) send multiple attacks to divert their attentions.

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.
A basic technique and one that is usually never used, the user will gather raiton chakra and then release the lightning but the color of the lightning will be different, the color purple. The hands will aim towards the enemy or anywhere you want making it a nice technique on command which you can have nice control of at all times. It can shock and push an opponent back like any other normal raiton attack, though its main purpose is to push them backward. Its a fast technique to perform and great to use if an opponent is trying to charge at you with speed, it can also be used to combo with close range tai and ken. By using it to shock and distract them you appear and send some quick attacks. Very basic and projectile based right when you send it. One of the downsides is it does not go any longer then short range so it is a limited technique.

Ramlethal releases chakra from her back, channeling it to lightning and a form takes shape that looks quite like Ramlethal but her skin was jumpy and the form was making a buzzing noise. The real Ramlethal steps to the side as the lightning clone of Ramlethal hops forwards, performing a series of admirable and honorable taijutsu moves and then takes a judo stance. After a few seconds of standing there, it explodes, releasing multiple waves of lightning capable of killing a man.
