*I start to concentrate my raiton chakra letting it flow to my hands I then aim at his clone, I slam my hands into the ground then release my chakra, and I start to see lightning across the ground.
Pros: It would not be easy to dodge because if you and your enemy was fighting on ground it would be hard for him/her to counter it.
Cons: But couldn't you get shocked as well if your on the ground too? What if they had a sword and they put it in thee ground so they wont get shocked? Because this jutsu only shocks the ground right?
Well, with the disadvantages you are thinking too much. It's most biggest disadvantage is it's range. You see, only short range. When you fight, make sure you note that, it use to get me with all the techs xD

*As I use my raiton chakra I focus it around my body thus I release the chakra, creating a shield around me (like a force field) that users cant enter unless they would get shocked by it.
Pros: If the opponent tries to come in it they would get hurt/shocked (I think they would get shocked xD).
Cons: The jutsu is short range so it wouldn't be much if the opponent was far distance from the range it goes to. Plus the jutsu is D-Rank so it wouldn't be very helpful in battles if your fighting a tuff opponent.

Pros: It can blow back the enemy leaving him in a confusion kinda.
Cons: The jutsu is short range so it wont go as far, say if the opponent was long range it wouldn't be long enough to hit the opponent.

1. *I channel my raiton chakra through my hands. I then release the chakra out of my hands causing a wave of electricity to be made. I then channel more chakra in to make the attack more powerful than before. I then aim at the boulder, and release the wave of electricity into the boulder and it cracks in half.
Advantages: You can use this with a water jutsu, so it can become more powerful. You can make it strong as you want it to be.
Disadvantages: This jutsu is short range so wont have much use if your fighting on a long or mid range field.
Combo's: I would use world shaking to get the enemy confused like because the ground would be shaking. I then would follow up by using Electromagnetic Murder and then use a water jutsu with it to create a much better attack.

2. *I gather my chakra, then let it flow to my hands, making sure there is enough chakra I release the chakra and I see a energy ball has been created. I then aim at my target, precisely aiming for his/hers chest. I then run and send it at the target.*
Advantages: The jutsu requires no handseals so it would be quicker to pull of an attack.
Disadvantages: The jutsu isn't really long range so it wouldn't work doing a long range battle. You would need to have precise aim to hit the user because they would try to dodge it.
Counter: I would create an water wall to protect me from getting hit by the jutsu.

With that first jutsu, you can extend it's reach by using it with a water jutsu that has a Mid-range reach. A perfect example would be a water stream jutsu that you release from the water close by you, where a clone would then use Electromagnetic murder to electrify it.

Whilst running up a cliff side, perform the hand seals and then direct your lightning chakra through your feet, and up the face of the cliff, dislodging boudlers to fall past you and hit anyone chasing after you.

Hold out your dominant arm like you would be holding a sword and point it forward, then gather your lighting chakra into you extended hand and release the chakra as a pale yellowish glow. Then, shoot the lightning so that it is shaped like a horn, with the bolts of lightning spreading out to hit my clone, tell me where the bolts hit him of course.
Infuse your lightning chakra into your sword and push the vibrations of the chakra to that it would be capable of easily cutting through metal, then cause it to levitate using the lightning chakra (electro-magnetic fields and other physics stuff xD). You'll then need to make two copies, one either side of the original, made out of lightning that appear to split from the sword. Make them start spinning very fast and fly towards my clone.
