I form a chidori in my hand and raise it up into the sky.Attracting the lightning above me whilst doing so.I use chakra manipulation to manipulate the chakcra into a dragons head.Roughly 10 meters by 10 meters. I then begin to lower my hand pointing to a tree a safe distance from me after i notice you come behind me i direct it towards a tree. completely destroying the tree fromthekirin.leaving the ground shaken and torn up aswell.I then stopand notice the rumbling of the storm go away.The sky begins to clear and it starts raining.

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.

Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.
So, now for a turn by turn breakdown of Kirin.
Lets say you are fighting me.
You: Two random jutsu and then Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique, Three jutsu used.
Me: Counters your jutsu and is busy enough to not stop the Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique of yours,
You: Chidori and then kirin, Two jutsu used.
Me: Dies, unless I interrupt you as you make the chidori or before you make the Kirin. If I suceed I can then make a chidori and use Kirin for myself.
not really. other than would a power battle for the kirin happen if the two use chidori at the same time with the intent on using it for kirin? or would it cancell each other out?
